A few blinks are seen from the hedgehog. Uh..Well- He has met a few people who react like this when they see him. So, this should be easy enough to explain.

" Alright, well- The name's Sonic, nice to meet 'ya. " He held out a gloved hand to Sora, offering him a handshake. Just to be polite, and not give off a bad impression to him. For all he knew, Sora could see him like..an alien, probably. " And, I'm a hedgehog. Kinda feel like that should have been pretty obvious? But, eh. "

Sora nods and is quick to shake the hedgehog's hand

"It's nice to meet you Sonic"

"I'm Sora!"
