Ketika membacanya, aku langsung memutuskan aku mau memulai 2025 dengan mantra ini, dan aku rasa aku ingin kalian membacanya juga:

Try to not fall back to your old habits just because they're familiar. And if you dont have motivation, just starts to move your body. Any move counts. Because motivation exist and will find you, but it has to finds you working on thriving. And eventually, keep that steady speed and you'll grow throughout the journey.
