A thing about old fanfic sites

So everyone knows ao3 is the wild west of the fanfic sites, wattpad is where most of the "trashy" stuff is written. and fanfiction.net....well that's where everyone used to be but its practically deserted besides bots.

People still use the last one tho, infact, my friend recommend me a fanfic (even tho she isn't really into fanfiction) from the site. And it was made in 2006. Which is kinda crazy, like that's 20 years ago. And it's still being read.

i guess this shows how powerful fanfiction can be in people's lives. Maybe one day a fanfiction of mine will be read a decade after I wrote it. Same to anyone who decides to write about their lil goobers.
