What's your workout routine/diet? Looking good bro

Thanks! Hardwork pays off...cliche, I know. My workout is basically Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Size (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/shortcut-to-size.html). Here is a photo of my trainer and I after a gym sesh, lol. As for my diet it consists of the foods you find in the lists he provides. Lmk if you have any other questions!
