My journey started many years ago , finding and trying many different crafts over the years , when ever I did any craft I found myself being grounded and the everyday pressures where lost within the tick tock of time . Many mornings turned in to evenings and the warmth and excitement of finishing a piece and feeling proud of what I had achieved . Sadly the rat race of life and everyday pressures to earn and survive there was no time left to enjoy family, friends or my art and crafts. One day things changed and my life changed over night and the realization that life is precious , I needed to be grounded again and find happiness , that is when Khloerose art was born , slowly my skills are returning with wood burning and with that my life ,

Just a little something, I really enjoy my art , it fascinates me that I can turn a piece of wood into a forever image , the process of sanding and shaping into a rustic plaque , preparing the wood for the burning process, then seeing the image come to life before my eyes , it's a fantastic craft .

On a frozen morning with the house looking brighter than ever from the reflection of fresh snow . I should feel chilled to the bone but all I can do is look at the fresh snow and smile, what is it about the snow that makes everything look pretty . The air is crisp and tingles your face and you always end up hugging a mug of warm coffee . "There will be no work done today " as I talk to myself , hands just wont hack it today in the workshop . Looks like a warm house day , keep safe x
