Along this bumpy road called life, you will meet people with ill intentions. And I am talking about people who will literally go out of their fucking way to hurt you be it physically or emotionally with sticks, stones and words.
But do you know who is the only person in this world that will never ever deliberately hurt and inflict pain on you? It is YOU. You can never hurt yourself unless you allow yourself to.
So do not ever harm yourself in any possible way because it is just plain stupid. I am sure you already have enough shitty ass people to deal with.
Do not make yourself another demon you have to face and battle in your life - probably why they always say “your worst demon is yourself”.
Instead, love yourself. Or at least learn or try to. Love yourself ENOUGH not to ever HURT yourself. That’s REALLY the LEAST that you deserve in this fucked up world. Love yourself enough to know that you are perfect the way that you are. Love yourself enough to accept that you are only human and that you make mistakes sometimes. Love yourself enough to never commit the crime of comparing yourself to others. And when you love yourself enough, it will create a positive effect. With so much self-love, you will finally be able to achieve so much more like self-respect.
