#  KIASLANA  ,  an  ind.  blog  for  KIANA KASLANA  from  HONKAI IMPACT 3rd  .  Unaffiliated with the fandom & selective in who I follow from it .

001. Semi-active, *really* spotty activity. I'm a full-time online student & have to spend a lot of free time doing house work or babysitting so, I try to pop in when I have some free time! A lot may run on queue, and some replies may be delayed; please feel free to nudge me if you'd like!

002. Not really selective in who I follow, though I *do* actively try to avoid frequent posts of topics that make me uncomfortable, such as my triggers: r/pe / sexual assault / csa / domestic abuse / child abuse & cancer. I have really bad ocd, and these topics tend to make it spike due to past traumas! I mainly ask for it to be tagged, and I will not cover topics on my blog that relate to my triggers. *Any* trigger that may come up in my writing will be tagged as "**trigger /**" ; please let me know if I miss anything that you need tagged!! I am unaffiliated with the fandom ( see rule 5 ) and will be selective with who I follow from the fandom.

003. Open to plotting or just winging it. I will often reblog sentence memes/prompts or post starter calls for first interactions. I switch between second and third person writing, sometimes even in the same reply if I like the flow of it. However, I tend to match my writing partner's style/length; if I reply to you with the second-person style & you prefer third, feel free to let me know and I'll edit it!!

004. I go by Yuri, I'm 28, pronouns they/she. I'm a bit introverted/socially awkward on *top* of being frequently busy, so if i delay in replies either ic or ooc i apologize!! I am open to sharing my discord privately as well, if requested!

005. Please do not bring me into drama. I have been stalked, harassed, and threatened in this fandom before & really am just here to enjoy my hobby without fearing for my safety and comfort again. These people are still active in the fandom, but I will not be name dropping anyone as I don't want to make it worse as I am already facing issues since returning. With this being said, I am a supporter of callouts for abusive, predatory, or otherwise unacceptable behavior, and will share them if others experience similar threats to their safety and well-being.

006. Kiana is very important canon lesbian rep to me. I will be very vocal about this. As Hoyoverse must work around censorship laws ( that have been defied before, such as Bronya and Seele in Azure Waters ) they still work towards hinting at rep and pulling from real-life LGBT individuals to relate to these characters. As this is important to me personally as a lesbian, I prefer to avoid those who do not respect this.

"Kiana..." hand reaches up to place itself upon her beloved's cheek. Palm firm pressed shaping to her face. Mei wore her own smile of endearment- pure happiness in seeing other half.

The moment Mei touches her skin , she is aglow , melting into palm as naturally as liquid in glass . No matter how she may ache for lost years , no matter how she may mourn the youth they were not granted , Kiana finds her joy in the future they have together . The love they may indulge in , with much of the threat contained .

Of course ... they're not immune to responsibilities . Tomorrow morning , Mei will return to Schicksal ; Kiana , to her lonesome . Kiana has every intent to savor this night , and has no intention of allowing their time to be wasted . Her hand rises to meet Mei's , giving a squeeze before it lowers to brush strands of hair from love's neck . Exposing the skin , tracing it delicately with tips of her fingers ... It is agonizing , how deeply she loves her .

Her tone says it all . Kiana's prepared to completely wear Mei out , should she desire .

Okay , definitely not the reaction she was expecting ... wasn't really expecting Sandrone to get all flustered or anything , but standoffish seemed pretty low on the responses she'd considered . Is it offensive to comment on another girl's appearance positively here ... ?

Little time to think about that — it's painfully clear Sandrone is running exceptionally low on patience . Kiana , hoping to properly convey her sincerity , straightens herself up : raises shoulders that were slouched & brings hands to the front of her form , open palms revealing she's no hidden intentions .

' Nobody sent me ! I was just looking around the beach , and noticed you and your , um , robot ... the sunlight was shining really pretty onto you . Sorry to bother you , I can go ... ! '

... well , maybe . It's pretty clear Sandrone doesn't see it as such , and with such harsh rejection , it's unlikely Kiana can make any sort of smooth recovery . Won't stop her from trying , though !

" hands grasped by another's, someone familiar ﹠ tightened grip; handle with such care. so much love. were it not for the embodiment of sunshine, this moon goddess, the herrscher would've been dead long ago. there once was a time that her beloved had been stripped away, THERE'S NO WORLD WORTH LIVING IN, IF YOU'RE NOT HERE IN IT. those were some of the last words she spoke, before that inevitable final blow.

bringing such pain to lover hurt more than anything, now they can be together again. yet not without stress, the daily struggles that come with being who they are, who they work with, what they vow to protect.

mei had come to care for the world, to care about the people who inhabit it. that wouldn't have become a reality, were it not for the woman at her side.

am i a bad person? she oft' thought to herself, even now.

" if you die, too, who would care ﹠ unconditionally love the world? who would protect it, our friends? i simply couldn't bare the thought of you throwing your precious life away for someone like me. " self deprecating in nature, low self esteem. despite how far they came, an undeniable darkness continued to swim inside her heart. mei truly did not find herself worthy, however, she remain grateful that kiana, her precious kiana, found that worth.

a step taken forward, foreheads came together ﹠ a hidden smile forms; taking in these few close moments of shared breath, shared embrace. i love you, comes out in a soft whisper.

She's no plan to die ; not this time , at least , not with so much accomplished and so many to live for . Death ... She had craved it , once ; believed it was all she deserved , for what good may she offer the world with the VOID inside of her ? What may she give when the voice inside of her commands her to take ?

But ... Why even bring up death in the first place ? Why had that become her mind's ultimatum , the FINALITY that she was not yet ready to face ? Kiana's chest aches with guilt the moment premature grief pulls beloved's expression to frown , no doubt memories of their first departure flaring up ; an old wound .

In truth , she didn't mean her words to hold such grim tone , hadn't intended to seem as if she'd given up . Intended for a bit of dramatics , the usual boisterous statements she throws out when professing her love for Mei . But ... they were not insincere . She meant it , entirely — wherever Mei may go , Kiana intends to follow .

Her hands slink 'round the small of Mei's back , face buried in taller's form — hiding the tears that begin to sting . But that can't be their reality now , can it ? Mei ... She has so much to give , so much care for the students she's taken under her wing . It's selfish to expect her to stay here , on the moon which pales to her light . It is better those on Earth may bask in her glow . That's what Kiana truly believes , and yet ...

No . Kiana is the selfish one . Despite these feelings , she grows lonely — she cherishes the visits and calls they are allowed , but a part of her , a part she resents , has allowed greed to sow its seed . She wants Mei to stay . More than she can admit . More that feels right to ask for .

' Someone ... Like you ? Mei ... ' She shakes her head against her love , and despite the gravity of their conversation , she cannot help but chuckle in disbelief . ' I guess ... We both are still a little stuck in our old ways , huh ? '

Pulling Mei tighter , Kiana takes a deep breath : savors this moment , for she never knows when it may be their last .

' I love you , Mei . Will you stay with me ... Another night ? I don't really want you to go ... '

It's not unusual for Rice Cake to present herself at times where she certainly shouldn't draw attention — a behavior Kiana had shared in youth , but ... one that often led to less than ideal situations . With both being stubborn & inclined to seek a challenge , it's little surprise they erupt into an argument with each other the moment the vicinity seems free of any remaining enemies , or any curious strangers .

Seems they weren't careful enough — the two are still rambling off their frustrations when Maelle approaches , only silenced by the girl's confusion . Kiana shoots Rice Cake a glare , a stark contrast to the smile quickly offered to Maelle .

' Ehe , nothing too crazy , I guess ... These weird inky guys showed up and lashed out , so we had to take 'em out ! Or ... is that the weird part ? '

It certainly isn't the existence of the white snake floating within the air beside her . Certainly not .

Maybe it shouldn't hurt as much as it does — the night that they had shared was fleeting , doomed to be forgotten by one fated to watch every memory slip between her fingertips . Acheron was not secretive about nihility's corrosion , and ... it was entirely selfish pursuing her , wasn't it ? To chase the ghost of beloved back home , find warmth in a woman who shares her face , but not her mind ...

She's no right to be wounded . No right to Acheron's heart , and cannot , should not , fantasize about occupying a place within her heart .

Despite the pain , she smiles . Masks the sting of loneliness with cheery laugh & playful wink . ' Oh , we definitely have ... but , I'm sure you've met lots of people — no surprise you'd forget my face . ~ ' For a moment , Kiana falters , a glimpse of her heartbreak sinking features . ' But , hey ! Since we're meeting again ... maybe we can go get something to eat ... ? '

With earbuds fit snug in her ear , his voice was completely muffled , and she marched on without care , entirely unaware of the attempts to gain her attention . It isn't until the tap on her shoulder that she jolts , turning music off & directing attention towards the item cupped in his hand . Her HOMU keychain ... ! Spinning 'round frantically to look at the now - empty spot on her bag .

' Aaah , damn it ... ! It keeps falling off ... ! ' A few frustrated huffs escape before she composes herself , nods with a smile while retrieving the plush to attach it onto its keychain as best as she can .

' Thanks ! ~ I'd be so mad if I made it back home without realizing ! '
