As the winter dwindles away us beach people are welcomed by early morning and late night fog. A dense blanket covers the beach until around noon and then slowly starts to burn away . As the sun sets the fog moves back in for some misty nights.
Finding the right thing to wear in California can always be tricky. It seems like you never need much more then a light jacket , which is why one of my go- to’s is my Timberland DRYVENT™ Mt. Cardigan Waterproof Cruiser Jacket. It's waterproof for the moist air and warm enough for the slight breezes. I love how sturdy it feels and the pockets are crucial . Now if you're the type of guy that throws a hoodie or tee under a jacket you might want to switch it up a bit and throw a button down on for a spiffy touch. I love the Timberland Taunton River Sweater Jacket. Its incredibly comfortable and has a nice worn-in feel. Imagine your favorite blanket and button down had a baby - and this is it.
My favorite thing about Timberland's Westmore Boots is that they have the classic boot sihoulette , but are incredibly comfortable. I felt like I could stomp through anything and was surprised at how comfy these things were . The olive is the perfect earthy accent for us nature boys.
with these 3 pieces I feel like i could take on anything. Except for maybe a blizzard ;) but venice beach seems pretty clear of those for a while ;)
