Synthetic Goddess Babalon "Love is the law, love under will." The first constructed god, Babalon, The Great Mother, built-in 2002 by the human god Amaletta as a means to manage the growing immortal human-god (Khan) population.

Her followers bear the Mark of Liberation, which typically runs down the length of the face, often tattooed. It symbolises the Mother Earth, female sexuality and the liberation of all women under the repressive church-state. They're generally badass enough to take down Khan, so it's not a smart idea to fuck with them.

She knew the bark of the trees would unravel and drift away like a silk dress, the grass would rise from the ground and ascend away into the clouds, of which would divide into fractals to the rhythm of her heartbeat. Hidden patterns would reveal themselves from the chaos around her and gently whisper the truths of reality in her ear. Colours she'd never seen before would bubble and boil across her vision like the intense pallet of emotions she could feel violently rising in her chest. Everything she knew, everything she was had led her to this moment. The pain that haunted, the love that embraced, the memories she treasured were consumed by a profound emptiness. For the briefest moment, the world was ending, and it was beautiful.
