I know this shouldn't be my dream or my achievement in life, but knowing doesn't help, I just want to feel.

It's been months, the feelings I had for her disappeared, but the angst and need of wanting someone to love hasn't.

I want a girl to kiss, to hug, to feel better when I talk to her, to think about her with cute songs, to take pictures and make her feel pretty, to be there for her whenever and wherever she needs, to just offer myself with all my will to be functional for someone.

I miss loving someone like that, even if she's not the one. Maybe I'll be happier if I just don't expect when she will arrive (or maybe she never will), in the waiting I'll stay; while then I'll get better, smarter, kinder, softer, and all the things that made me unbearable will get lesser and lesser, because she deserves it.

I know this love of mine will never die. I'll take my own heart out with a dagger when that happens.
