A tall dark-skinned boy who despite serious appearance, has a rather playful, curious personality. Though he finds falling into routine mundane, it’s worth the quiet peace that comes along with it. Unlike most Avian, he remembers the victim of his “KillCount” vaguely and lives each day with guilt and regret. 

He works at a flower-themed cafe called “The Honey Bee” under the supervision of a young woman named Bianca.

A criminal with horns is referred to as an “Avian” and given a name that references a bird. Often, the bird name chosen will be based off some shared similarities or aspects that person has with that bird--though it’s not always the case. 

Avian are relocated to and may only live in colonies called Nests ( or some prefer the name Cage ), though normal citizens may choose to live there too.

The “horns” are implanted onto criminals that commit crimes of a certain degree. The process is an extremely painful one and the survival rate is about 50%. This is because, despite being a rather advanced society, surgeons will purposely commit malpractice since they are well aware they are operating on criminals (and often murderers).
