Pleasure to meet you also. Wow, you have a very Irish/Scottish name.
Thank you, I guess, haha. I'm from Ireland.
I'm a medical student at Columbia U.. What about you?
I'd Like To Believe In All The Possibilities || Roxanne and Killian
Roxanne follow Killian, knowing the path they were headed, but not exactly why they were headed on it. She searched the air, looking for a library or something sweet and a little nostalgic, believing that to be something more along the lines of him. They approached a bench, stopping there and peaking Roxy’s already high curiosity level. “Is this the place?” She asked with a soft smile. “Is there something significant about this bench?” She inquired to satisfy her own half-drunken curiosity. “Or do you just like the view?”
"Yeah," Killian answered slowly as he stared at the greenery around him. "Not really.." He thought about the first time he discovered the park. He'd been to the park almost every time he was free when he'd first arrived in New York - Reading books, studying, thinking. "It's just somewhere that never fails to calm or relieve my stress," He smiled to himself. "I come here to think about.. My family," Killian's face dropped for a moment but his smile returned, "It's nothing fancy but.. This is it, I guess."
It’s nice to meet you too.
And.. sure, I like filmography. I’m currently more interested in working off-script, I guess. What about you?
Off script..? What does that mean..?
Sorry, I'm a little lacking in knowledge about media.. I'm a medical student at Columbia U.
Well hey!
I’m Marley, Marley Jacobsen
Hello..
I'm Killian McLaggen, nice to meet you.
Hello!
My name’s Dan and, as you’ve probably guessed, I’m new here. Judging by the people coming in before me, though, I highly doubt I’ll hold onto the ‘new guy’ title for long. How are you?
Hello.. I'm Killian, nice to meet you..
So.. I see you like flimography?
|| Jack & Killian
“Yeah, I do after a while. If she’s nice I’ll let her down easy. But if she’s practically trying to put her hand in my pants I’ll say something a little more blatant.” Jack chuckles, taking a sip of his drink. “How are you with the ladies, Ireland?” He asks, waggling his eyebrows.
Killian smiles at Jack's blunt response. "Me? Ladies?" Killian thinks about his past 'ladies'.. Oh wait, that took about half a millisecond since he virtually had none. "Me and ladies are like.. water and oil," Killian mulls. "We don't mix well," he chuckles.
|| Jack & Killian
Jack knows he’s being rude, but he can’t really help it when he collapses to his chair laughing. In all honesty, he could blame it on the weed still swirling through his body, but Killian’s reaction was too funny for him to stay quiet. “Calm down, dude, calm down. I didn’t really expect you to be the homophobic type.” Jack says as he stands back up, clapping Killian on the shoulder. “And if you were, I really wouldn’t hesitate to give you a nice knock to the jaw.” Jack says with a wink before setting up to make his next shot. “Kidding.” He adds at Killian’s expression.
Killian felt the short lived burden lift off of his shoulders once he saw the assuring look on Jack's face. He didn't see Jack swinging the other way but that just proves that everyone's the same, no matter who they like. Killian flashed a nervous smile before asking, "So, do you tell that to girls that come onto you?"
I'd Like To Believe In All The Possibilities || Roxanne and Killian
Roxy stumbled slightly, the alcohol now blatant in her system. She linked her arm around Killian’s, her head leaning on his shoulder for a brief moment. “You’ve peaked my interest, Ireland. Let’s see what you’ve got to show me!” She exclaimed, throwing an arm wildly in the air. She eyed their surroundings looking for an inkling of where they might be headed, but, knowing Killian, she was haring a hard time figuring out the code.
Killian gulped from the touch of Roxanne's head, the feeling still lingering on his shoulder. He watched as she staggered forward again, his hand reaching out and grabbing her elbow on reflex. He turned left on the street, leading them to a small park. Sure, Killian knew about Central Park but he didn't like it - Too many tourists frequent there, not that he wasn't a foreigner. He led them to a bench, his bench, a place where he thought about anything and everything under the Sun. He sat them down, awaiting for Roxanne's reaction.
I'd Like To Believe In All The Possibilities || Roxanne and Killian
“Good, it’s about time we found a place that didn’t give you that deer-in-the-headlights look,” Roxanne teased playfully, giggling. “I’m glad you like it here, at least now I know where to take you!” She said with a laugh. Before long, she hook her arm through Killians and smiled wide in his direction. “Your turn, show me a little bit of the New York you know.”
"Me?" Killian muttered, probably giving Roxanne another one of his 'deer-in-the-headlights' look. Brain working at the speed of light, he started thinking for places to bring the New Yorker. I could take her to the museum.. But it'll be boring, Killian argued with himself as they exited the place, without a place in mind. The library? No way.. Just then, a place popped up in his mind, leading them down the street. "Alright," Killian chuckled. "I'll show you my New York."
Welp. If it was an accident, you shouldn’t have to.
I hope not.. I barely have enough for daily stuff
Who's ready to party?
Got some E, and I’m in need of cash.
Hello, my name is Killian, nice to meet you..
I'd Like To Believe In All The Possibilities || Roxanne and Killian
Roxanne jumped and swayed to the music, feeling herself letting that list little bit of inhibition go. The lights, the music, it was just perfect. She felt herself grinning like an idiot to the tunes and shouting along to any of the words she knew. She thought it was fun to watch Killian let loose a little, because God knows he was going to need to in a place like The House. “How did you like this stop?” Ashe asked over the filler music that played between band sets.
Killian felt all of his five senses tingling - Sight of everything he could take in, sound of the booming band, smell of the musty air, the feeling of bodies around him. He could even taste a peculiar sensation in the air. "I really like it!" He said truthfully, grinning from joy. Compared to the bar, Killian felt slightly more comfortable, Probably because I was nervous the first time. Which also led to the situation where he couldn't look at Roxanne in the eyes.
|| Jack & Killian
Jack laughs at Killian’s reactions, still on a little buzz from smoking not too long ago. They cross to order drinks, rum and coke, please, then go to an open table to play. ”Oh-” Jack bursts into a fit of laughter as he racks the balls up to play. “Okay, no I don’t mean queer in that sense. I’m gay.” He chuckles some more, shooting the cue ball and watching it smack against the rest.
Killian's was already aiming for a shot when the cue misses the white ball entirely, hitting virtually nothing at all. He shoots up quickly, hugging the cue as some sort of comfort. Killian! What kind of reaction was that?! - He criticises himself. "I-I'm totally okay with it! R-really, I don't mind! My cousin's friend is gay! So is his brother! And I'm so fine with that!" He rambles on and on, hoping to God that Jack didn't take his reaction to heart.
What?
That was what my lecturer said when I told him, I think they're going to make me pay for it..
Christ, how on earth did you manage that?
Well..
I just sorta, started hitting the machine because the soda wouldn't come out and it just... Fell.
The machine ate my coins.. So I tried whacking it and..
