the future of this blog

hello to the remainder of the following of this blog!

after several years of silence due to life being chaotic and being unsure of if this blog had a following/the state of the other mods, I finally decided to return to the blog to take a look and take a chance at breathing life back into it

this will be a long post, so I'll put the rest under the cut

admittedly I do not know the first thing about how this blog had been set up previously. I had 0 contact with the other mods and have done very little to change the state the blog was in when I was brought on as a mod several years ago. pretty much the only things I've changed were mentions of mods being active that I could find, as it seems that every single blog belonging to the mods that stayed connected to this blog have gone inactive save for my own, leaving me as the only mod of this blog

what does that mean for kindulums?

as of right now, that means that I'll be the only one available to answer questions since I am the only one who even has the capability of doing so. if one of the blogs attached to this necros to life and starts interacting with it, then I'll be happy to have the help, but seeing as how all other blogs but mine have the -blog suffix, that leads me to believe that they've all been inactive for several years and have been archived/"deleted," so I don't think the other mods are coming back

I have 0 plans to delete the blog, but I'm an adult with a life outside of this blog, so if responses are slow, it's because I suddenly wound up being the inheritor of a blog with 500 followers that may or may not also be as equally as inactive as the other mods of this very blog

is the ask box open now?

yes, it should be! as far as I'm aware, anyone left following this blog can ask questions (and anyone who finds this through the tags on this post of course!)

I will get to answering questions whenever I'm capable in my free time. please be patient with me!

will you accept new mods in the future?

I might if there's enough asks to warrant it, but since this blog has had no interaction in several years, I don't actually know if people will even want to send asks to a place like this anymore. I'll do my best to keep things running

Since none of the other mods have surfaced yet, I think I’m going to clean out the inbox for good and then officially close it. Thank you everyone who has been with out, but due to disorganization and inactivity I think it’d be best to move to other divination blogs.
