Rebuilding The Jewel Streets

New York City - Three private organizations gave city leaders an unsolicited proposal to build a new neighborhood.

The proposals have been accepted unilaterally by the Fisk Administration with aims to rebuild the Jewel Streets neighborhoods by the end of October.

Generating tax revenue, boosting city efficiency, and incentivizing tourism of the Jewel Streets neighborhoods are at the forefront of these proposals and in the best interest of the city at large. This is why private entities have been allowed to partake in a public works project.

The estimated cost of this proposal is $186 Billion, that has been generously donated by private entities around the city, which have elected to remain anonymous about their contributions. In response to the generous proposals they have been issued a tax exempt bond from the city. Private developers have seen an opportunity in the city and decided that they should do something about it.

As per the law, a public hearing will be held before moving forward with rebuilding efforts. A public City Hall meeting is scheduled for 8 PM tonight.
