Can’t wait until s3 comes out and everyone gets to meet sensitive cry baby soft lestat like you guys don’t get it he liked the monastery because he would get in trouble there and that meant someone cared about him enough to punish him, all he can read and write are his own name and a few prayers, the first thing he uses his vampiric strength for is cartwheels like Lestat haters prepare to take it back or die by my sword
quick ldpdl because it's his birthday<3
"Lestat looked up at me now with his large, agonized eyes and his smooth, ageless face. 'But you'll come back… you'll come to visit me… Louis?' he said. Interview with the Vampire (2022) | Sam Reid as Lestat de Lioncourt Anne Rice's Interview with the Vampire (1976) & The Vampire Lestat (1985)
I keep seeing this discourse about how Louis is not going to like Lestat’s music and it seems to come from the way he was disinterested in Armand’s plays. I think what people don’t seem to get is his disinterest in the plays were signs that Louis wasn’t completely into his relationship with Armand. The show isn’t going to flat out tell you anything, it shows you.
Like yes he didn’t like the plays and when Armand asks him to show up he does but still displays disinterest. Yet with Lestat even when Louis wasn’t completely interested in the same things as him he was always present with Lestat bc he was completely IN that relationship. I think the opera scene is such a great example of this bc when you are in love with someone you are interested in the things that makes you partner happy.
So I don’t think whether he truly likes Lestat’s music matters. He will be completely invested no matter what bc it’s Lestat and Louis is obsessed with that man
lestats turn for an interview
hoping nobody has done this before

I’m not sure how many people realize that there’s a way in which hurt/comfort is actually very kinky, because at its core you’ve got this emotional power exchange fantasy where one character is vulnerable and helpless and the other takes care of them. In the case of stories involving grievous injuries, where someone is bedridden for a long time, you often end up with two characters in a 24/7 total power exchange relationship without a safeword. It just doesn’t involve as many whips and dog collars.
Can I?? Like burrow into your brain like an amoeba? I need to feed on more of this
