KITKAT & COCONUT CREME PIE

For 8 people
Ingredients :
220 g all-purpose flour, 100 g softened butter, 8 KITKAT fingers, 2 eggs, 40 g icing sugar, 400 ml coconut milk, 4 egg yolks, 50 g sugar
Preparation steps :
1. Combine flour, icing sugar, egg yolks and butter. Shape into a ball and refrigerate 20 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 410°F (Th.7-8).
3. Spread the dough into a tart pan (if possible with a removable bottom) and cook 15 minutes.
4. In a bowl combine coconut milk, egg yolks and sugar. Pour into the tart pan and cover with KITKAT fingers, arranged like sun rays.
5. Bake at 320°F (Th.5-6) at least 20 minutes. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Suggestion:
Sprinkle some grilled coconut on top!
