For us, great food is about more than just how it looks — it’s about the experience. The first bite of a beautifully made cake, the perfect coffee pairing, the little moment in your day where you stop, relax and enjoy something special.

That’s what we’re building at RUUD Coffee.

Our handmade-style cakes and sweet treats are created with the same attention to quality that goes into every cup of our speciality coffee. We’re passionate about bringing something unique to Blackpool — a place where people can enjoy great coffee, fresh bakes and food made with care.

Alongside our new RUUD BAKES creations, our signature açaí bowls have also been receiving amazing feedback. Made using our own superfood blend with fresh fruit, toppings and plenty of ways to customise your bowl, they’re proving that delicious and nutritious can go hand in hand.
