Baked trout !
- brush tin foil with olive oil
- paper towel down the fish (wet fish smelly)
- olive oil on the top of fish
- salt | pepper | lemon | onion | parsley inside of fish
- bake at 450 for 20 min
Carrot cupcake muffins !! No refined suga
- 1.5 cup of whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tspn ground ginger, clover
- 1/2 baking soda | cinnamon
- 1/2 tspn salt | cinnamon
* mix and create a well. Add wet ingredients in well
- 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce | 1 tbspn of sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- one lightly beaten egg
- 1/2 vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of raw honey
* don’t overmix, leave patches of flour. fold in the rest of ingredients:
- 2/3 cup grated carrots
- dried nuts/ walnuts
- bake at 350 for 18 min
~ one pound steak
- 5 mini bell peppers
- bamboo shoot 3/4 of a can
- garlic and green onions
- marinate meat (diagonal slices) in 1 tbspn of soy sauce, sake, corn starch , a little bit of oil
- 1 tbspn oyster sauce | soy sauce | sugar | 3 tbspn water - mix together
- on high: oil on pan, cook meat until brown, add bamboo and bell peppers, add sauce, cook for 5-7 min, add a little bit of sesame oil

- 3 cups of water on high - add vertical sliced onions and carrots (cut thin diagonal then vertical slice) into water
- when onions and carrots become soft, add diced chicken
- bring heat to medium after it boils a lot - remove the dirt from chicken
- add mushroom, 1/2 tablespoon of dashi, 1 oosaji of sake, 3 oosaji of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of mirin, 1 tbsp of sugar -> boil to low
Hayashi rice !!
- entire box of hayashi blocks (4 + 4)
- vertical slice onions (1.5) / handful diagonal cut baby carrots / 2 box of thin beef -> cook in giant pot on high with vegetables oil
- after onion and meat turn brown, add a little over 3 cups of water -> turn down to medium -> cook for 10 min
- take our the dirt of meat and add mushrooms / 3/4-1 tomato (lemon sliced) and finish cooking for another 10 min
- remove from stove, add blocks but make sure each one dissolves
- put back on heat low/med and simmer 5-10 min
