A Cry in the Meadow

A small cat has the mission to make her clan believe in her ancestors again, but with time she'll realize that the things she had been taught since nursery days may be lies.

"The moon will bring a new star to the earth and it shall bring wealth and prosperity to the clan".

Ravenholy was a Hollyclan leader who could speak with birds, being her loyal sidekick Huginn, the embodiment of Thought. She got blind due to old age and got able to see part of the future of her descendants.

Once she received the prophecy, she gained the Fehu runes on her cheek, a symbol of gratitude and allyship from Heavenclan. Little did she know what the prophecy meant and what it brought to the clan, but the cycle of life and death is unstoppable and it must continue.

Oh Noel is finally here!!!!

This was my contribution, parts 5 and 6. I don't know how to animate, I'm still trying and learning, luckily Allium Butterflies helped me with the sketch <3

I still feel the pacing of these parts are WAY TO FAST compared to others, overall I still like it and feel nervous at the same time with the result.

Tons of ocs here! Most of them are mine and one belongs to user Snapperpaw (oc is Snapperpaw). Thanks to Zyndycat, Allium and Snapperpaw for the help and for considering me into the project (and the lil baby boy!).

Some characters from A Cry in the Meadows are here!! (they bald compared to how I usually draw them). Snapperpaw is the small spiky furred cat and belongs to user Snapperpaw, he doesn't belong to my story :>

Glacier: At that moment, deputy of Cypressclan (kinda similar to Riverclan, so it was accurate to put him there). Golden tom with icy blue eyes.

Honeymoon: Medicine cat of Hollyclan. Ginger she-cat with the brown eye (has heterochromia) and curly fur.

Mudwhisker: Warrior and traveler of Hollyclan, father of Cocoakit/Starrypaw(tail), the protagonist! He's very important in this story and he should be the protagonist 💅 Big and muscular brown tom with bushy tail and prominent whiskers.

Mintbreeze: She suffered from bald real hard (she has short hair, close to a wavy bob). Warrior and temporary queen of Hollyclan, sees Mudwhisker as an older brother. Scottish fold she-cat with gray body and white, orange and black patches on her fur.

Embersnow (cat behind Sunstar at the beginning and the one jumping before Thrushpelt): Warrior of Hollyclan. He has a pretty bad luck with love and thinks his leader hates him for giving him a silly name. Oriental shorthair cat with the tuxedo pattern and green eyes.

The first snow of Ashcloud in Cypressclan brought curiosity. Yes, it's true, it's the same snow they had in Hollyclan, but something was different.

Somehow it was beautiful than ever before, because he was there, the tom she had always loved. That changed everything.

A quick sketch I made some years ago.

Mothpaw, Finchpaw and Sprucepaw from Cypressclan, a clan in good terms with Hollyclan after the war. Three she-cats which are always getting in trouble with Autumncall, the deputy. Not so relevant for the main plotline, aside from Finchpaw being the leader's daughter and Mothpaw who has a... uhm... dangerous mentor.

The little troublemakers take Otterpaw to annoy as well, as he's the only "paw" who's not a she-cat.
