Focusing on the abundant moments of fun, ease, freedom to choose, clarity, appreciation, being unlimited, clear flow, creativity, a clear path, fresh air ...distracting myself from feelings of lack by getting off the subject, congratulating myself on my progress and soothing myself into alignment š
This is the question I will be asking myself every moment of every day for the next 365 days
Self love is the root from which everything grows ...every spiritual practice is dedicated to loving yourself.
The ultimate truth of the universe is one-ness and so you cannot love anything without simultaneously loving yourself.
Through the process of clarifying my feelings around money I have uncovered many links with how I feel about myself.
I have a sense of lack around aspects of myself and so I have a sense of lack around abundance including money as one form of abundance.
To receive the abundance I want I need to understand how worthy I am of it, how much I deserve to receive it, how loved I am.
The key to opening myself to true abundance is in truly opening my heart to self love š
All this money focus is bringing out my fun side ...my light hearted side ...I was waiting for my friend in the train station and a man strode straight past me dressed in this suit and tie! I was very excited, my friend thought I was a bit mad but I knew why it was exciting ...A little seredipitous signpost letting me know I'm on the right track š°š¤š°
I've built a bridge with my current job ...it's a temporary thing that I'm doing to hold myself in a place where I can satisfy myself with the things that I want ...as I relax and enjoy the satisfaction of this, more and more satisfying ways for money to flow will come to me š

Starfish Wisdom - Mastering the art of flow
I saw a starfish at the beach, some kind soul was carrying it back to a rock pool to save it from drying out ā¦I went to see it and saw that it had lost a leg, but it was in the process of re-growth. Perfectly happy just sliding easily along the sand with its four and a half legs, growing with the flow, patiently living the process of becoming whole again
Once I put feeling good as my top priority

The secret is the allowing the good feelings to flow in and the not so good feelings to flow out. Relaxing my grip by relaxing my thoughts
Paying attention to how I feel, am I feeling good or not, this metering of my emotions allows me to re-tune my energy to always flow back into alignment with who I really am
Always focusing upon what I know in my heart is right for me, what feels good to me, what makes me smile and feel inspired, what makes me feel that Iām in flow. Then Iām always allowing more of what feels good to flow to me š

Being grounded about our finances is essential to not only achieving but more importantly ENJOYING the Wealth we want to create.
For many of us there is a tendency to avoid financial matters if we're worried or stressed about them. This creates resistance and unfortunately, that is the opposite of what will help us move beyond our challenges.
Instead, we need to keep Self-Acceptance close to heart and take only inspired action to help us gain more conscious control of our personal creation of Money.
Accepting without judgement that I currently lack some awareness when it comes to the finer details of my finances ā¦what steps could I take to increase my financial awareness?
Awareness! It's all about being aware of what I think and so do and also why I think it, so I can access it with full understanding and choose consistently to think and so do something different, something more aligned to what I want attract next
Appreciation! It's also all about being appreciative of where I am right now, the money that I have the wonderful lifestyle I've created for myself, appreciating what a great job I've done creating so much wealth already
What happens in your body when you start Warming Up and getting specific with your numbers?
Do you tense up? Or do you find it exhilarating?
Are you curious? Or terrified?
Do you want to run and hideā¦ or are you ready to roll up your sleeves and āGet to Workā on your Numbers?
ā I tense up, I get cloudy and confused, I judge myself for my lack of numeric understanding and get more tense and more cloudyā¦ Itās usually at about this point that I run away or cry and then run away and get mad at anyone who tries to pin me down to the task
ā Iām sensing some resistance here š¤
ā My entrenched belief that Iām no good at maths is intrinsically linked to my resistance when it comes to the finer details of my finances
ā I have achieved lots of financial successes from running my own small business abroad to assessing my tax rebate entitlements to purchasing a mortgaged property ..yet still I seem to feel that Iām not good with figures! Hmmmmm
ā I seem to feel that if I donāt understand every minute movement of my money then the quantity Im recieving will never increase significantly!
RELAX - Money should be fun and exciting š¤

Showing ourselves the same kind of understanding and compassion that we would for anyone else in a similar situation and releasing harsh self-judgement, allows us to reassess how our high standards may be working against us.
By letting ourselves off the hook in this way we avoid creating resistance to the universal flow that's working for us all the time, opening up pathways for wealth and happiness to come in, that were previously blocked by judgement.
We are limited only by our own beliefs ...we decide what's possible for us ...we tell the story of what's possible for us every day ...changing the story is the key to changing your reality I'm using meditation to change my story about money and open myself to a constant state of recieving without self imposed limitations I truly believe that I have begun working in alignment with my true calling and passion and money will now flow to me to allow me to expand my work to help millions of people to change their stories and to love themselves... just as they are š¤

Are there areas of your financial life where you're experiencing being stuck?
When it comes to the nitty-gritty of your current finances examine your willingness to look deeply at your patterns and then take actions that are aligned with your discoveries.
What lies beneath any unwillingness to change?
Are there memories and feelings you'd rather not deal with, even if on some level you're aware they might secretly be steering your life?
How willing are you to look at what might really be holding you back, beyond whatever perfectly rational-sounding stories you use to stay stuck?
ā I'm stuck in a place of willfull avoidance of my specific spending patterns ..I take a budget itinerary then do nothing to narrow down what I'm actually spending my "misc" money on specifically
ā I'm resistant to being too strict with myself as I have an all or nothing tendency where I feel I can spend nothing at all ...become despondent with the feeling that I have no treats or rewards for my hard work earning the money and so have little splurges with no awareness of the funds available only a sinking sense of buyers remorse that I spent "such a lot on myself"
ā Do I feel unworthy of the gifts I buy myself? Do I feel that I can either save OR spend but not both?
Feel something real
Do not try to continually suppress feelings of anxiety or discomfort ...these are your guides and drivers ...invite them in fully and feel what they are telling you ... allow them to guide you back into alignment with your true path
Listen to their messages but don't use them to apply pressure to yourself when you could be enjoying the tasks at hand...rather than focusing on the outcomes and consequences of not pushing yourself ...focus on the opportunity you have been given to do what's best for you ... immerse yourself in the pleasures of the process and appreciate how lucky you are to be able to choose to do what makes your heart sing rather then settle for anything less š Namaste
