I am feeling empty and worthless. If only there was a way to reach out to someone to tell them that I feel empty and worthless and to receive some kind of reassurance without the crippling guilt and shame that comes with reaching out and saying that. Which feelings are the worst? Lol nah, they're all the worst! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’ll tell you what’s heaps fun: when your brain is effed and you’re diagnosed with something that actually makes sense, but the more self-aware you become, the less able you are to trust any of your emotions or thoughts because all of them are flawed in some way or another! I’m having a whale of a time! 10/10 for mental illness, would recommend!!!!
