I’m Still Here

Hey guys! I’m just posting this to let everyone know I’m still around. I just have a bad habit or not logging into my tumblr. And I am still writing, but I’m pretty much also working full time now so a lot of the time I’m just burned out, lol. Might be a little slower because of that. I just wanted everyone to know that while I mean seemingly disappear from tumblr now and again, I am still around and I am not going anywhere. And neither are any of my fics, collabs or solos.

Honestly, a part of me is still really confused what exactly they are getting at here. I think tumblr needs to take a step back and reassess exactly what they are hoping to achieve with this particular feature. It’s great that it’s optional and that they want to include it, but they should really be considering what kind of creators would benefit from this package and honestly, if the majority of tumblr creators wouldn’t benefit from it, it’s probably not the best way to move ahead. Especially given there are kinds of content it doesn’t make sense to have to pay for.

Personally, it’s not something I would be interested in using. That’s not the kind of person I am.

Do you know when Love Isn't An Illusion is going to be updated again?

I asked the author, @grlnxtdr30, and this is their reply:

I can’t give a definite date on the next update, but it is in our rotation of works we’ve been trying to catch up on. Right now we are both working on our own projects, and once we get those caught up, we’ll start working on Illusion again. My writing partner has had several major health issues over the last few months, including a bout of Covid-19, so it’s been kind of slow getting back into the flow of working together again. I can promise there WILL be an update, hopefully before the end of this month, but probably not until July.

Myself and @grlnxtdr30 thank you for your patience and we hope to get the next chapter done asap. Hopefully, all my medical issues are behind me now and I can get back into the proper swing of life.

For the person looking for the fic where Kurt and Blaine meet in daycare and Kurt had a mental regression, that sounds exactly like a fic I followed on fan fiction some years ago. I believe it was called Shattered. I just tried looking for it though and didn't find it so either I'm off on the title or it's not there anymore.. And I think it had a sequel if I remember right. I don't remember the author though.

@klainedreams34 - I think I might have found it. The author didn’t mark it as complete, but judging by the reviews of the last chapter, it is finished. It’s easy to forget to mark a fic off as complete on FF.net. Let us know in a note to this post if it is the right one. - HKVoyage
