the blush on yuri’s face makes her own rise in her cheeks  .  having intimate moments like this  ,  somehow it feels different than the other club members  .  of course  ,  she loves being around monika and sayori  .  humming softly  ,  she lets her arms wrap around the other  ,  a bit more COMFORTABLE  .  a huge part of her wants to ask if she’s feeling okay  ,  but definitely doesn’t want to ruin the silence  .

                             as yuri continued reading in silence, she felt her body relax and her worries dissipate. this was all she needed. yuri was the type of person who found comfort in the silence held in relationships. if she can sit in comfortable silence with someone she cared about, she was content. slowly, she lowered the book, a small sigh leaving through her nose. “ thank you, natsuki. . . for just sitting here with me. ”

“  okay  .  ”  she’s silent for a moment or two  ,  allowing her fingers to entwine with yuri’s  .  maybe she just needs reassurance  ,  solidarity  .  and natsuki is happy to give that to her  .

                            a few moments pass, but yuri’s cheeks are getting warmer by the second. it was nice to have someone there for moral support. after a moment, she leaned her cheek on natsuki’s head-- her shoulder was just a bit too far down to rest comfortably.
