What do you think is the fate of the game? I'll be so sad to find it completely dead, but at least there are still very active players and the weekly contest things. I don't play it anymore really but I'm afraid to delete the game because i want my data just in case. D:

It looks to me like they are just keeping the game running with minimal maintenance to keep it from not working, but aren’t adding any new content.

They had been doing events back to back most of the time, and now there hasn’t been one since the BBQ items, which wasn’t even a full event, just new items and lottery.

I’ve been holding on to my save data too.  When I saw the announcement for maintenance back in November I got super excited, but there haven’t been any updates since. I can’t bring myself to delete it, I’ve put a lot of work (and some money) into all of the characters I’ve collected.

I hope they do update it again, but it doesn’t seem likely that they will. I wouldn’t mind a slower pace on the events, but no new content at all ends up being kind of boring.

The only things listed are a “System update” and a “Data update”, but as Anon has said, no real details.

As you’ve probably noticed, the lottery for the BBQ series items and characters has gone away.  At this time there doesn’t seem to be any kind of event going on. The last news update in the game is about the previous lottery stuff, so I am not sure when the next event or update will be.

The lottery and furniture shop have been updated to have new items.  It’s very similar to what happens during an event, but there is no event this time. But there are plenty of new characters and items to get!

The current event is the Romeo and Juliet event. It is a Panel Mission event. The event is running from 6/9 (Tue) until 6/19(Fri) at 3:00pm Japan time.

10 Panels will get you Kumapulet (クマピュレット). Her skill is EX Cooking. In her final form she makes it easier to spawn High Quality and Super High Quality ingredients for 7 seconds when her skill is activated during play.

5 Panels will get you Small-statured Ken (小柄のケン). His skill is Super Last Bonus, in his final form it gives a 1.4x multiplier.

10 Panels will get you Shizuku the Mistress of Cooking (料理の女将シズク). Her skill is Plus Bonus. In her final form she adds a 10% bonus.

Event Dishes:

At the moment, I don’t have all of the dishes made. So I can’t give a list of what’s required forr each one. However, thanks to the Anon who sent that previous ask, I can at least repost this information:

These should be the required ingredients for the event dishes.  This should help anyone trying to complete the missions.

Lastly, the furniture theme for this event is “Koinobori” 【鯉のぼり】.

You can win this furniture in the lottery as usual.

I'm not sure whether you know this already: The "図鑑" (Picture Book) option in the Others menu lists recipes and furniture. For recipes, tapping the "食材" (Foodstuff) list on the left and picking the first sorting method, "全部" (All), sorts recipes from oldest to newest. Then, you can scroll all the way down to the bottom to check the ingredients needed for event dishes! (I'd love to add a screenshot showing what I mean....) Anyway, good luck with the rest of the event!

And for everyone else, here’s a quick step-by-step:

From My Page, tap “Others” (その他） to get to the Others menu:

Then click on the “Picture Book” (図鑑) button:

Then tap the book with the food on it:

This will bring up a list of all of the different dishes in the game. The ones you have made will be shown, while the ones you haven’t usually show what you need to make them.

Go ahead and tap the button on the left to filter the list by ingredients (食材):

Tap “All”(全部).  It was already set to all, but doing it again will do something interesting:

It might not be immediately obvious, but the listing order changed. 

By default it sorts the list by rarity. You can change the order in other ways using the button we didn’t tap on the right, but what our anonymous friend has figured out is a way to make the game list the ingredients by the order they were added to the game. 

As a result of this, if you scroll down to the bottom of the listing:

A block of food at the very end, with the Event Dishes in it. (And the ones above it also seem to be the other event sets.)  

Also, after taking this screenshot, I tested it by making that Fish + Fruit dish, and it is one of the event dishes too.

This may get patched later, but for now this is an easy way to get a head start on the event dishes.

Upcoming Event: Koinobori

The next event is the Koinobori event. It will be a Panel Mission event.

It runs from 5/15 (Fri) at 2:59pm until 5/27(Wed) at 3:00pm Japan time.

As in the last Panel Mission event, if you use the event characters, you can make Evolution Dishes even when it is not the normal day of the week for that dish. Although, I think for each Event Character they can make the dish they need to Evolve on any day, not any Evolution Dish.

The event goes live in a few hours.  It may be a couple days before I can get the reward details up, but I’ll try to get it up as soon as I can.

Hey, I'm not sure if you know, but there's also one other special campaign going on at the moment. It looks like there are iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 cases available for purchase, and there are in-game bonuses for purchasing one. There's a banner for it, if you want to check.

Thanks for pointing it out. I forgot to mention it, but I’ll go into some details now for anyone interested.

The banner looks like this:

If you tap it you’ll go to a page showing the prices for the cases available. This is a pre-order and the cases are to be released in the middle of June.

There are two cases, one for the iPhone 5 and one for the iPhone 6.

The top price of 9,800 JPY (Around $82 USD per Google) is for the case and the “bonus items” which are:

5 Lottery Tickets

Summer Vacation version of George (He’s wearing beach clothes!) His skill is Double Vanish, with a 35% chance in his final form.

(The page describes him as a “Summer Vacation version of George” but the banner lists his name as “George going for a swim in the ocean”. )

You get a serial code that you use to redeem the items. I believe it’s delivered with the case. When you get it you can put it into the game itself to redeem your bonus.

This special version is listed with a Limit 10 on it. It seems there are only 10 of each special edition case. 

For 3,980 JPY (Around $33 USD) you get just the case itself. This one doesn’t mention any limit.

I’m not sure if they ship outside of Japan.  If someone is super set on trying to buy the case, then I’ll look into it further. There are pre-order buttons on the page that lead to another page with a buy button.  I didn’t proceed any further than that, however.

Also, this page appears in the Android version of the game, but it only lists the two cases for iPhones. So there doesn’t seem to be a case for any Android phones.

The EXP Up Campaign is back. You can get a bonus 50% EXP when you play puzzles. It will be running until 5/15 (Fri) at 2:59PM

Also, the Character Lottery is back! Like before it only hands out characters. If you have any Lottery Tickets saved from previous events, you can use them on this lottery. This lottery will be available until the end of the EXP Up Campaign.

At this time there are no details about the next event. They will probably be revealed as we approach the end of the EXP Up Campaign.
