(Since I've gotten a few risque asks over the life of this blog and my Konata is older than canon. Should I make a sinblog for her on the side? I don't see why not but I thought I'd ask/gauge interest?)

Sounds like that’d just end up making even more problems…Not to mention college, if I wanna get something really good I’d have to go…High school was one thing, that isn’t half as important as college would be. I might actually stress over it…””

“Listen short-stuff, there’s a lot more that goes into dating than just compatibility like a comedy duo. And no, it’s not like your dating sims or whatever either.”

“You have to think about where you want your futures to end up, what’s going to happen after being together for a while, plan out things, it’s a very complicated process, and just so even you get it, there isn’t any “saving and reloading” if you mess up either. It’s real serious real life business, which is pretty boring to you anyway.”

I get the whole idea of planning out the future, especially with a relationship, but I’m kinda on my own here though. My dad got way luckier than me, a job he does really well and a childhood friend who fell for him. Can’t really beat that setup.”

You might be over thinking it a little, Kagami. Dating isn't THAT serious. Most of the stuff you're thinking about is stuff you need to consider if you're going to get married, and even then, even if you're fairly different from one another, you can still make it work if you love one another enough.

“Why am I getting advice on this from a grayface?”

“It still helps to have a plan and at least consider the future, if I’m going to just “date Konata in the here and now” and then we end up finding out later on it wouldn’t work out then that’s a lot of heartbreak and sour emotions and feelings that we could have avoided.”

“Speaking of sour emotions and feelings, I may not be as “genre savvy” as Konata, but I’ve read enough light novels to know that a relationship can absolutely ruin a friendship if it doesn’t work out, and I’d rather not put what she and I have right now at risk over a possible maybe, could you imagine how awkward it’d be for us if we did end up breaking it off? How awkward for me?”

(It's a shame to some new followers, but I might move Kagami to her own blog and set up shop there. Dunno yet, since there's another Konata or two around I'd like to get more LS coverage and focus on the others for now in hopes of attracting more peeps....that and im a ship whore, I spent most of this blogs life trying to set up and get a Konata/Kagami ship and gosh darn it if I have to play said Kagami for it to happen I'm 2000% down for that!)
