Gong Yoo’s older K-drama called “Always Loving You" (or I believe it goes by some other titles like “Whenever", "Whenever the Heart Beats", etc.). Park Chan Ho (his character's name), was such a goofball, it was so funny. In this particular scene, he disguised as a girl to help the lady he likes to cheat in the exam. Well, I won’t go into details on that.

By the way, don't you think he looks pretty here? :P
