The other day, someone asked me how I find such clear photos of the Romanov family and I've been getting messages here and there saying the same thing. The truth is, I edit all the images myself—I work in Photoshop for a living! I focus on enhancing the photos by reducing grain, removing glares and marks, and brightening them if they’re too dark, all while keeping them as authentic as possible. I only fix flaws to make the images look their best. It's been really cool that people have noticed my work, as I put a lot of effort into improving these historical photographs—and I genuinely love doing it! Here are just a few before-and-after examples.
