[Personal] some general advice!!

I would like to address some fandom related stuff because things are currently going in the wrong direction, so please keep reading and try to re-think about certain actions!

① DON’T STREAM STAGES (stream recordings ❌ dvd/blu-ray rips ❌) on youtube, bilibili or any other streaming site!

ESPECIALLY DO NOT STREAM MOVIC  and MARVELOUS PRODUCTIONS‼

even if you own a DVD/Blu-ray and want to share your love… do it PRIVATELY if you have to but DO NOT stream!!!

I don’t know if you guys realised it but a lot of productions use PIA LIVE STREAMING or Streaming+ these days (instead of dmm or niconama) to stream their shows. there are several reasons why they choose these services (like the streaming stability provided by these sites) but one of them is, that unless you have a Japanese Credit Card/can pay at a Japanese convenient store and have a Japanese Phone you can’t get access to these streams, which makes it ‘almost’ impossible for people outside of Japan to get their hands on them. YES, the industry is well aware of illegal actions performed by a lot of foreigners and is trying to make it harder for foreign fans to see their favourite show, which is a biiiigggg step back!! and sorry to say that but this is partly the fault of those among us who think it is a good idea to upload these videos on streaming sites!! you are NOT doing the fandom a favour!! the opposite is the case!! you are actually ruining it for the international fandom!!

which brings me to my second point

② DON’T POST GIFS/SCREENCAPS of stages (stream recordings ❌ dvd/blu-ray rips ❌)

well at least try not to post them on twitter!! especially not when you are following Japanese actors! ‘western culture’ is colliding with the Japanese at this point (and the law…) the majority of Japanese fans are not amused about it because it’s an unwritten rule here in Japan. NO GIFS!!! NO SCREENCAPS!!! try to keep it as private as possible!! I’ve been doing it here in the past so I’m definitly not an angel… but I’ve never done it on twitter! so if you don’t want to get into trouble with the law… stop at least doing it on twitter!

③ DON’T RE-POST ‘OFFICIAL’ PICTURES FROM ACTORS (pix posted by actors on twitter, their blogs/fanclubs ❌ or official pictures like genepro-pix ❌)

again, at least try not to re-post them on twitter!! to be honest, I’m still debating with myself about this point… I mean, I’ve never re-posted pix on twitter… but those of you who follow me for quite some time now know that I like to promote my 3 oshis from time to time (using their pix) BUT I always put my sources in my posts!!! anyway, the recent post by >>荒牧慶彦 official<< (translation by Christie on twitter) made me rethink. meaning: for now I won’t post pix of my oshis (nor genepro-pix) here on my blog. so please do the same (at least on twitter) and instead of re-posting the pix just simply retweet them and give the actual post a big LIKE ❤️

thx for reading! let’s try to make to this fandom a better place for all of us and not ruin it! we have come so far these years, so seeing that there are steps in place to make it less accessable for foreigners again is really sad!!

this is basically a warning to all those out there who still think it’s a good idea to upload stages on streaming sites (youtube, bilibili & co.) or share recordings/rips (openly)

it seems that a bunch of international kpop fans on twitter will get sued for sharing streams (and trying to make money out of it). they were promoting their illegal actions openly on twitter. the industry in Korea is taking actions now and it seems that even INTERPOL is going to be involved.

this isn’t a joke and has nothing to do with ‘being an elitist’!! it’s real and it’s scary!! so please be careful and think seriously about your actions and what you are going to do from now on because you might get charged for it!!

and what is even more stupid… selling copies of illegally optained recordings openly on twitter!! are you insane?!? 

twitter is the go to sns for Japanese nowadays so don’t think officials won’t find your posts!! so please, simply stop it, okay! again, this has nothing to do with ‘being an elitist’!!!

[Personal] Leena’s Blog Information

I just finished answering a bunch of asks and again… there are way to many unnecessary ones… so I guess it’s this time again 

as usual I get asked:

‘hey, where can I see xxx’ or ‘I follow the rules so can I get xxx’

here are some general answers (especially for my new followers):

① this is an information ONLY blog!!!

② I no longer share my videos with the community because my trust was betrayed several times!! so: no, you can’t get xxx from me!

③ don’t ASK people where to get illegal material or ask them to upload their DVDs/Blu-Rays unless they are offering it themselves (because you ask them to do a crime for you!!!) please keep in mind that people get offended if they get all of a sudden asked to give things (they spend money on) away for free… would you give a total stranger your new jacket just because you were asked to do so?

NOTE: I won’t help with illegal actions and tell you where to watch stages for free unless they are ‘officially’ free to watch!

④ if you want to watch a stage, please buy the DVD/Blu-Ray, the stream or Japanese PayTV yourself like everyone else does!!! → for more informations on how, when and where you can buy streams and DVDs/Blu-Rays please check out my side blogs:

⑤ there are different types of links added to my posts → sources: links to the homepages I got the information from (official homepage, twitter, natalie, enterstage, sumabo….) → guides: links to ‘how-to…’-guides → streaming: links to the streaming site where you can buy the particular stream → TV broadcast: link to the official homepages of the TV channels. 衛星劇場, 日テレプラス, WOWOWライブ,  TBSチャンネル and co are PayTV channels of the Japanese cabel TV so you won’t find a link to streams there, even if you make an account!!

⑥ don’t play the ‘I have no money’ card!!! no one likes spending money! but that’s how this world works… I want a private jet… but I don’t have enough money… so are you going to buy me one??? ~ I guess not!!! (ps: if your parents won’t allow you to buy it, they definitely won’t approve of illegal actions!!!)

⑦ don’t hate people because they are not willing to share with you!! always ask yourself ‘what have I done for this person in the first place’… if the answer is ‘nothing’ you should remind yourself, that the other person doesn’t owe you anything!!

⑧ always keep in mind that leenaevilin.tumblr (and all the associated side blogs) is a HATRED FREE blog. I don’t want to be called ‘a white privileged bi***’ or a ‘racist’ on tumblr, twitter or any other sns because of my opinion and/or my skin colour or simply because I’m German… because that is called racism!!! ps: yes, I’m ‘Caucasian’ but I don’t care about white, black, yellow or even green!! I don’t approve of any kind of racism and you shouldn’t either!!!

⑨ the owner of this blog is HUMAN → be respectful when messaging/asking me something → start your ask/message with a greeting (hi, hello…). it might be old fashioned but would you ask a total stranger on the street for help without saying hi first? → don’t push my buttons by being impatient and pressuring me to answer you ‘5sec’ after you sent the message/ask!! I’m doing things in my pace here!!!

ps: I’m aware that my opinion might not be popular in this fandom… but I’m not looking for attention nor do I want to gain more followers by sharing (there is no benefit in having a few more followers, so stop assuming that I did it for a moment of ‘fame’ in the past). all I want(ed) to creat, is a blog that gathers all information on 2.5jigen related work at one place… (mainly for myself笑)

[Personal]  🚫 STOP 入り出 (iride ~ iri- & demachi) 🚫

I wasn’t sure when or if I should make this post … but since I’m in badass mode today I guess it’s about time!!

for the past few weeks the iri- & demachi-problem popped up again… because 2.5jigen fans are still doing it despite everything going on with covid-19!!! A lot of 2.5jigen actors complained about it during their lives recently and even seiyuus mentioned, that they pitty 2.5jingen actors because of this issue (first hand information from my close friend who is a drama cd story-writer and talks to a lot of seiyuus during work!!!)

◎ what is 入り出 (iride ~ iri- & demachi)??

→ iri- or demachi is a term used when fans are waiting for an actor/‘promi’ to enter/exit a certain location.

◎ so what exactly is the issue??

→ in some countries or for some theater companies in Japan, like the TAKARAZUKA REVUE, 入り出 (iride ~ iri- & demachi) is a common practice, but in the 2.5jigen world, it’s strictly prohibited and considered rude if you do it. Any kind of ambushing or chasing after the actors (待ち伏せ & 追いかけ) is prohibited as well!! The same goes for following them to the train station, their home or their hotel.

◎ and what has it to do with me??

→ well, it will definitely take some time till a lot of foreign fans will be able to watch 2.5jigen stages in Japan again and it will probably take even longer till performances will be held in foreign countries… but I really hope you all can follow these simple rules if you have (ever) the chance to watch a 2.5jigen stage:

※ dont’t wait for any 2.5jigen actor to enter/exit the venue

※ don’t follow them to the train station, their home or their hotel

※ if you happen to be at the same station or staying at the same hotel (during the run of a stage) try to refrain from talking to them [even if you think it’s your ‘once in a lifetime chance’… it’s not the right thing to do!! unless THEY approach you, it’s considered harassment or even stalking (there are even cases where people got arrested recently because they followed their oshi everywhere)!!!]

※ if they actual react to you before or after the show, don’t misinterpret their action… some productions forbid their actors to interact with fans in any kind of way if they do iride. But even in the rare case they somehow interact with you… it doesn’t change the fact that they are not comfortable with the situation. And of course, they will be polite to you (because that’s what they are told to do by their agencies).  → some actors say they are fine if you say ‘HI’ to them when you happen to see them on the street… but only if they aren’t in a rush or on their way to a performance!!! but nevertheless always remember… they know exactly that you are approaching them because of their status… so don’t make it akward for them and keep in mind how you would feel if a total stranger, who knows a lot about you, would all of a sudden talk to you when you are on your way to work/home or on your day off!
