i want to request a heeseung of enhypen timestamp, angst maybe? that is if you’re not busy ofc. i want to request an 11:11 PM wherein heeseung and his s/o decides to end their 3 years relationship because their careers are starting to catch up and take a toll on them, him being an idol and her non-showbiz gf being an architect. it wasn’t a problem at the beginning of their relationship but then due to enhypen getting big, they weren’t able to meet each other halfway anymore.🥺😭 (i’m in pain now just thinking about it, and what a privilege for it to be written by you. your works are amazing♥️) thank you so so much, love you love you🥺♥️

You didn’t dare to look up and neither did Heeseung who was absentmindedly staring at his hands. You bit your lip lightly, letting out a quiet yet audible sigh.
“So, this is it?”, you asked quietly, still not daring to look at your boyfriend, well ex-boyfriend.
Both of you knew the answer to your question, you didn’t even know why you asked it but you felt as though you needed the confirmation. To hear him say it.
Heeseung couldn’t help but look up at you, seeing you staring at the floor as he lightly nodded his head.
“Yes.”, he whispered as he too let out a shaky breath.
It hurt him, it hurt you however both of you knew it was for the best. Your lives weren’t the same anymore, you had too many commitments outside your relationship and you didn’t have the time nor the energy for a relationship at the moment.
You loved each other dearly, having spent the last 3 years together, going through thick and thin nevertheless, it wasn’t the same anymore. You both felt it in your hearts.
As you finally looked up and saw him already watching you, you felt the tears welling up in your eyes.
You didn’t know why but you couldn’t help but let out a light chuckle, wiping away the tears that were escaping your eyes. Heeseung looked at you with a sad smile on his lips, his hand finding yours as he squeezed it softly.
“I remember what my mum said when I told her that I think we have to break up.”, you told him, looking down at your intertwined hands before looking back up again.
“What did she say?”, he asked quietly.
“You’re right for each other, maybe the timing just isn’t.”, you quoted your mother, looking into his eyes with a brave smile. Heeseung nodded his head slightly, leaning forward to press a gentle kiss to your forehead. Your eyes closed automatically, saving the feel of his lips on your skin, knowing that soon this moment would be over.
