More 9x39 VSS Vintorez lighter keychains
Made a limited series of lighters from VSS Vintorez 9x39 mm cartridges. Used original cartridges captured from a defeated Russian special forces. Each cartridge case has a manufacturer's mark 539 - Tula cartridge plant, and 06 - 2006 year of manufacture. The lighter is small, can be used as a key ring, thanks to the design with a sealed tank that will store fuel for many years, it can become a reliable source of fire in unforeseen circumstances.
Don't think I stopped. Despite the fact that the russians destroyed the power plant in my city. I experimented with making a nixie tube watch without the use of industrial equipment. Just a hand tool, muscle work and a bit of batteries. This watch combines nixie tubes with the largest numerals that can be built into a wristwatch, and a combination of brass and cupronickel in a case design that wraps around the hand to accommodate the larger battery in the middle.
I think I have reached the minimum dimensions for which it is possible to create a watch on nixie tubes removed from the Soviet army Geiger counter. I managed to take possession of two more knocked-down BTR82s, and get a little nixie tubes from them. this is the second watch I have created this year, and to realize the inspiration to create something in the aesthetics of old bronze. despite all the difficulties, I managed to reduce the bulkiness of the case a little more, thanks to the new arrangement of the location of the batteries, the case became even thinner. The watch has an incredible power reserve of 12 hours of continuous tube glow, a case diameter of only 55 mm, 24 time format, a timer and a stopwatch.
I repaired another night vision goggles captured from the Russians.
1pn63 "Kvaker" development of the late 80s. was used in a set with a laser pointer. outdated first generation, image quality is bad as in PNV57E
the main feature of the design of these goggles is a slightly strange and excessively heavy construction of the adjustment of the distance between the glasses

Subscribers have been asking me to make a Metro game charger for several years. This year, their desire coincided with long blackouts due to massive shelling of infrastructure. And I still found time to develop a charging lantern based on Metro motifs. As always, I stayed true to my traditions and avoided the use of modern 3D printing, only authentic vintage parts, each of which is a fully functional element of the device. The energy efficiency of the device turned out to be such that 30 seconds of muscle work gives 10 minutes of lantern light.
A find from the battlefield.
This is a watch from the Russian "soldier of the future" equipment complex, "Ratnik" (that's how they describe it)
The watch is called 6E4-2. Burned a little during the fight.
Just look at this unique fire damage, it was a silver Russian coat of arms of the Ministry of Defense, only a silhouette and a fallen crown on the side remained. Very symbolic.
I spoiled another batch of cartridges from heavy machine gun DShK. Therefore, if someone needs a lighter that can make a 12.7mm hole in their pocket, the link to the store is in my profile.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, usually I am busy with custom orders
Will you ever make more of those metro exodus watches?
yes, this month I plan to make several such watches
Metro 2033 lighter. This is a completely redesigned authentic case and a bullet from the ammunition of the heavy machine gun DShK, caliber 12.7x108 mm.
Made in Kharkiv 2022
A set of captured newest russian equipment. Night vision monocular of the 3rd generation 1PN138 and collimator sight 1P87 for AK12. Left as a gesture of goodwill by a Pskov paratrooper at the Gostomel airport near Kyiv
Made a new watch inspired by Metro Exodus. Titanium case and Soviet Nixie tubes from the 70s. In vintage Nixie tubes, the glow of ionized neon displays the current time, hours and minutes, the dots in the middle flash to the beat of the seconds. The working time on one charge of the built-in battery is about 12 hours, and 2 months in standby mode.
Drawing inspiration from Metro Exodus, I made a bracer with a real Geiger counter using original army parts, some of which were taken from wrecked Russian armored vehicles. The functionality is exactly like in the game, it reacts to sources of gamma and beta radiation, giving a light and sound signal.
Comparison of a captured Russian PMK-3 mask (left) from 2002 and a Soviet army mask PMK-1 (right) from 1989. Both masks are 2 sizes. it is interesting to note how PMK-3 is larger in external dimensions and more brutal.
