The Dream
Have you ever dreamed about something weird or scary?? Did it frighten or bother you because you can't help but think that it might come true?
Here's the narration of a strange dream of mine.
It was almost time for the sunset, I'm with my mom and my sister. We are touring our mom around one of the buildings in Tarlac State University Lucinda campus. In my dream, the campus is wider than it is today. All the buildings are new and extremely modern looking. The roads within the campus are now four lanes and there is a hospital inside the vicinity. It was like seeing the future Lucinda campus. We are conversing about something, when one of the guards approached us, informing us that we need to leave the premises because the building will be closed soon.
After leaving the building, we decided to roam around further until we reached the back part of the campus where a building consists of different obstacle course especially made for training criminology students. As we approach the building, one instructor challenged me to finish the new obstacle they prepared to test if it can be done not just by crimonology students. I happily obliged myself to finish the challenge and I did.
Since it is almost night time, we walked out of the building to go our way out of the campus. While we are walking, we heard the sound of a siren from an ambulance and from afar, we saw that people are crowding something or someone on the middle of the road. Minding our own business, we decided to go into the hospital and make it as our exit route out of the campus since the road is blocked by an accident or something.
As we walk in through one of the side doors of the hospital, some guards stopped us from walking further that area because according to them it was a prohibited area for civilians and only authorized personnels can go in. We respectfully turn around so we can go out only to walk pass and see 4 familliar people. Three of which are me and my sister's common friend and one of them is our teachers way back in high school.
We stopped walking to exchange greetings with them, but then I realized that I was the only one paying attention and looking directly at the teacher. The teacher looked directly into my eyes and mouthed "It's okay, I'm dead." Without realizing what she said, I simply smiled at her. That's when I woke up. Still not realizing what I just dreamed about.
I only realized what I dreamed about, a day after. It finally sunk into my mind what she said to me. Considering that the teacher in my dream is currently recovering from her 5th or 6th mild stroke. Why would someone tell me in my dreams that she is dead when she's not and is currently trying to recover from her illness? Wasn't it kind of weird and creepy at the same time?
