How did Maria initially react when she was kidnapped and when she finally gave in how did Luke feel about it?
Did he care about her feelings in general or was he just satisfied about having her?

Besides, I don't think you'd really like it—considering you don't know the guy, AND HE FUCKING KIDNAPPED YOU. In short, Maria wasn't very happy about this event.
I won't go into the details, but I think Luke was thrilled with what he did. For him, as for any stalker, winning over the object of his adoration is a victory.
I recently found out about a visual novel where something similar happens (which is surprising, since I also came up with the lore involving Luke and Maria solely for a visual novel that, unfortunately, will probably never happen). Luke will almost always keep her locked up to break her psyche and make her dependent on him. Throughout that time, he harmed her both mentally and physically. He doesn't want to cause her serious harm; he wants to start a family with her and have a child together.
Shortly after the abduction, Maria becomes pregnant; after the baby is born, Luke begins to inflict physical harm on her—breaking her legs so she cannot escape, Luke realizes that the child needs a healthy mother, so he avoids hurting Maria—all to ensure their child grows up healthy and with the sense of belonging to a complete, happy family. As Andrew grew older, Luke continued to harm Maria, albeit less visibly to Andrew; eventually, Luke concocted a story that Maria was ill and required ongoing treatment—specifically, injections of a "special medication."
Andrew grew up believing his mother was ill and required constant care, even though Luke had actually been administering injections all along to restrict her movement and speech, while also threatening her if she revealed the truth to their son.
He met her basic needs and wanted her to resemble his "ideal wife," but in the end, he turned her into a spineless doll and an invalid.
In the end, Luke came to terms with what he had; he would have liked more children with Maria—and healthy ones at that (Andrew had been born a rather sickly child).
