I've been #dogsitting for a week for these adorable #pups while their mama is away on vacation for her #birthday. I love this! It's so important to have #confidence in who you are & what you do!l Because without that, how can we expect others to believe in us, if we dont fully believe in ourselves. But for many though, they know the importance of having #selfconfidence- but are unsure how to build it for themselves. If this is a question any of you have asked yourself - this is my advice on where to start. If you feel self-doubt kicking in, I would suggest you assess the quality of your internal dialogue - what's being said internally to make you feel this way? And what can you say instead that is better going to aid your growth & confidence? Remember, our thoughts create our feelings - Our feelings create our actions & our actions create our results in life. As most of you know, I have been battling the neuromuscular autoimmune disease called #myastheniagravis since May 2013. ❄️ It's a disease with no cure and it has completely flipped my life upside down and will continue to do so forever! Other than the regular medications I have to take, I also have to go to St.Anthony's Hospital every three weeks for #intravenous #immunoglobulin aka #ivig . Myasthenia gravis foundation of America wants to make sure that #mg patients are getting as much support as possible. The Partners in #mg care program will not only serve as a resource for people affected by MG but also seeks to enhance knowledge~sharing, professional education and networking opportunities for healthcare providers. The St Petersburg walk is February 23rd at Eagle Lake Park on Keene Road. Even if you can't make the walk, every little bit helps!
