мєℓσηѕ} It was a long time. It felt like such a lot has happened. Sure it wasn’t really a long time. The awkwardness of realizing everything that occurred in their more recent past made it feel long and distant with how unbelievable it was.
Though in a way, he was just happy that he was alright. .. No, that they both were alright and together. That was what was most important. Not just that he was alive still, but that they both were side by side.
He might have been proud about that and happy for it, but it didn’t make the breakfast the next day any less awkward.
Sitting at the table, the elder brother wanted to say something to his younger, but, what would he even say? It was only most recently that he had gotten out of his coma. His younger brother went through so much hell, he could only assume, while he was in it.
All and all it was a very crazy on both ends and it lead for the man just kind of coughing once or twice to clear his throat as he tried to think of what to say.
What did someone say after all that?
“ ... Good morning Mitsuzane.”
At least that was a start.
