 “Really. Your going to take the big risk of that happening? I mean sure people aim for the head, but the smart people aim for your pull-me-and-hit-me-hair and than hit you head on. “

 “No! Thats not what I meant!” If he had a summon contract of his own, this would be easier to explain. Still-

  “And that sounds stupid why would I make a circle of stones? Is it some demonic summoning ritual or something? Are you some sort of demon in disguise?”

Sixteen, young, hip and fresh, its Omoi! Lightning was constantly around him, hence his odd smell. 

 “Whew. alright than. Glad thats clear up, wouldn’t want you to get indigestion eating it. Who knows how many I killed with it.”

The life of a ninja is full of bullshitting. 

 “Name Omoi, I’m here for a job to fight the bandits terrorising the area. Unless.... your a bandit pretending to be a good guy! Or a good guy who’s a bandit!”

The only time Elaine has ever heard that word being used was when she had to get rid of some bounty hunters in the forest.  She frowns, eyebrows furrowing.

“ If you mean a contract kill, I’d consider rethinking your intentions. ”

  “I guess if you don’t get it. Your not a summon.” Hands behind his head, lollipop in mouth, he makes a shrugging gesture.  “Like if you were a summon, it means I get to summon you to help in stuff like some good old healing or tricks. I’m really lacking in that area.”

It would be useful to be well rounded, and not overly specialised.

“ Only a little bit. ” She found it pretty amusing how little humans actually knew about races outside of their own– especially the elusive fairies.  They were always stunned to see her small body rising off the ground with ease.  … Stunned but.. sometimes they looked like they were about to pass out from shock.

“ … Hey, are you all right?  You haven’t seen a fairy before? ”

Why is it always the cute ones who were the weirdest. He wonders. Does he have some sort of weird invisible beauty mark that attracts only the weird but cute girls to him?

  “Ah...no. Are you ...liable for a contract maybe? As a summon?” never hurts to ask.

What was with the locks, the metal, the impractical stuff all around. Its like the man is a walking lightning bold conductor, how bothersome. Did the man get cursed by the metal fairy to look like that? 

 “Hey, not to be rude but please don’t eat my sword. I need that for my job.”
