Starting yesterday i decided not to drink when i was at the trust n cold cave show n did it again today. So far it was kinda terrible bc I've been so dependent on drinking at shows to have fun and be social that i just wanted to learn to do that without the need of alcohol or drugs. I actually dont want to drink for awhile mostly bc I'm on a diet n working out (trying to get fit 😉) but also because I'm trying to do self therapy on myself to be more confident n courageous without that shit and its so hard for me. I hate being shy n not being able to go say hi to someone and having constant anxiety over it. Its going to suck bc I'm probably going to be boring these days till i get out of my shell. Its worth a shot though. Need to improve on myself ❤️
