My mom happened. I uhm went to visit her the day before we came back here... I decided to face her after 7 years.She hasn't stopped using and shouted at me,tried to hit me again. Saying that everything was my fault.

Making plans for the future || Kylie & Nolan

Nolan leaned against the door, listening to Kylie talk. After all these years, he was glad to be here with her. He couldn’t believe that he had once been so stupid to ever push her away because he wanted to be on his own. Nolan liked being on his own, and he liked having space from people, but he never wanted to hurt Kylie and let her go like that. He would’ve been lying if he said that he didn’t miss her at all after they broke up, because he did. Kylie was the only one he could go to talk to about Derek, and even if she didn’t say anything he would still feel better just having someone to listen to him for once - since his parents never did. 

He laughed a little as she mentioned a cookbook, scratching his nose and giving her a silly look. “I’d definitely be up for that. I’ll have to work on taking pictures of food, though." Nolan knew she wasn’t serious, but he liked teasing with her, because he liked to hear her laugh. The different ideas about the restaurant kept swirling around in his head, and he was eager to share a couple with Kylie. “Well, I was thinking.. maybe we could decorate the place with my photography or something?" He shrugged, now thinking his idea probably sounded stupid. “I don’t know what we could name it though… any ideas?

Kylie still didn't know why he left her. She thought that everything between was good..He was the only one,besides Dante,who she could talk about her past with. He didn't judge her. He listened. Kylie didn't bring the past up up,though. She was happy now and didn't want to ruin it by talking about the past. 

Kylie laughed nodding,still playing along with it. "That's got to take a while." Kylie's smile grew winder when he told her his idea and she nodded. She truly loved it. "I love the idea!" She knew he was unsure about his idea by the way he said it,so she put her hand on his smiling reassuringly. Furrowing her eyebrows she searched her mind for a good name. After a few minutes she sighed. "I got nothing." She had absolutely no idea what to name their restaurant.

Kylie! Oh thank god! Yeah. I’m fine. I had a few scratches and bruises that dad freaked out about when I went home but I’m fine now.
