Facebook started to provide graph API to manage events for users. Thus authorized applications generally are able to get/post events, RSVP events and invite others to events, and any other users can do in Facebook.com.

Page Fans Checking goes to Facebook's Graph API by issuing a HTTP GET request to:

https://graph.facebook.com/me/likes/PAGE_ID&access_token=ACCESS_TOKEN, which responds with basic info of the page if it is liked or an empty array otherwise

Facebook allows its apps to add Test Users, who are not invisible to normal users, can interact with other TUs, and access theirs apps as normal users

Facebook made its *comments more like *statuses: 

When a URL is added as a part of Facebook comments in a personal/Page wall, the metadata(images, videos, descriptions) are attached too, such as their parents, statuses.

The feature does not apply on comment posting thru graph API yet

Updates:

Facebook allows graph API users to manage settings, tabs(but not iframe content), and retrieve access tokens of Pages. (No big impact or followups to do for developers, but is another sign that facebook wants Pages to be more dynamic)

Added 'ref' attributes to the piece of Send button code to let you track where you traffic comes from. (Would rather use shortened and trackable links for each Send button)

Generally, REST API doesn't change a lot but removes the right menu bar

Search API: rate limit is declared as "not restricted by a certain number of API requests per hour, but instead by the complexity and frequency." and "the rate limit is measured against the requesting client IP". However, the limit for each request is still 1500 statuses with pagination parameters

Site Stream: limits 100 accounts per stream; 25 new connections (steams) per second

Authentication: no new features, but added more info for beginners to start

Formally announced two partners: Gnip and Datasift. Working with them as a middleware if you don't care money

Generally every page got filled up with more usage, request and response examples, together with kind suggestions awards different limitations.
