Hôtel Menier, Paris France.

Download Hotel particulier, 5 avenue Van Dyck, Paris 8th arrondissement. Built for the industrialist Emile Justin Menier (1826-1852).

The three-storey building, arranged perpendicular to Avenue Van-Dyck, includes a main building, whose east façade overlooks Parc Monceau, with a wing back on the west side. In the center of each façade stands a rotunda avant-corps whose sculpted decoration is the work of Jules Dalou on behalf of the workshop of the sculptor and decorator Eugène-Pierre Lefebvre.

At the northeast corner of the building is a winter garden, visible from Parc Monceau.

In the main courtyard, an arched entrance leads to the covered courtyard of the old stables.
