Buzzing Heartbeat (Glitchy Red x GN!Reader)
(since i have NO idea what game to choose, it's up to interpretation!!)
You don't know who or what you are, you don't have your own identity, you're something. Something that's never been acknowledged before, and hidden under a facade, a fictional video game character.. and you hate it. Your life is like a loop, and it stops only when the game shuts off.. them, you end up in a void. It's a warm and recognisable place, but still a void.. alone.
Until, you heard it.
You started hearing a faint buzzing sound in the distance, a sound that YOU, only YOU make..
Then, another game started.
A game called "Pokèmon: Glitchy Red".. and that's where the buzzing sound came from.
You got inside the world of the game, and tried searching for the sound.. where does it come from? Where is it?
You find a cold, glitchy area. The assets of the game are distorted and not recognizable in this area, and here you heard the buzzing sound getting louder and louder.. then you found him.
Another entity, with the appearance of the protagonist of the game, facing away from you, sitting on one of the distorted platforms in the area, right where the sound came from.
He heard you, and immediately turned around.
".. oh " you whispered to yourself, you felt a sense of serenity when he looked at you, he felt like a comforting presence.
" this can't be. " He speaks out, he had a low but expressive voice, something that made him feel 'human' in a way, even if he clearly wasn't. " is this .. are you .. real? "
" i pretty much am .." you replied. " who are you ? why are you here ..? "
" .. j- just call me Red. " he seemed nervous to talk to someone, after god knows how long since talking to someone that's not a souless NPC.
" heh, okay Red! my name is ( ), nice to meet you, i think.. i've never seen you around.. it's weird seeing someone finally 'alive'. " You spoke out.
" i get what you mean . well, atleast .. i guess we're not alone now ? " Red giggles a bit while talking with you, you guess he finds you comforting ..
" probably , yeah .. but i don't mind ! you're very peculiar , i think i like you ! " you responded, calmly
" i still need to decide if i like you .. it's a very difficult choice . " he tries to sound more tough or playful.
" i hope you do .. " you speak out .
You guys talked and talked, not like you two had anything to do.. but atleast you were not alone, not anymore.

Movie Night (a Steven [Strangled Red] x GN!Reader)
You met Steven a couple of months ago, apparently he ran away from his home and tried to find somewhere to live somewhere else after the murder (that he caused) of his brother, and for some reason he found himself in (city name), the place where you live. You don't know anything about his past and his childhood, and he also won't tell you, but that's what you found interesting about him. He was mysterious in his own way.
You decided to hang out with him at your place, watching a movie, and you didn't know why you were so happy that he came at your place..
You just heard a ring on your doorbell.. it's him!
"Hey, (name)" he greeted, with a slight smile. He doesn't smile much but when he does he looks adorable,,
"Hey Steven," you returned the smile "come on in."
As soon as he entered your house, he sat on the couch waiting for you to pick the movie.
Then, you started speaking. "So, i would like to watch (movie name), are you okay with that or?"
"Sure." He said firmly
"Okay then!" You said, smiling at him. "I'm gonna get some popcorn, alright?"
"Yeah," Steven spoke out.
You then went to your kitchen, where you found microwave popcorn, While you were there, you started wondering where he came from, why he ran away from home.
And why didn't he show you his pokèmon team yet? Was he hiding something?
(Beep)
Oh, the popcorn's ready.
You returned to the living room, apparently the movie already started and you missed the first scene.. sucks, but you don't care much.
Steven was watching the movie and you sat down next to him. Sometimes you felt his gaze on you, but not threatening or anything.. maybe he admired you.
After almost one hour the movie was half-finished, and you heard a yawn come from Steven.
You spoke, "Dude, don't you like the movie?"
"No it's fine, i'm just a little tired," He tiredly said.
You thought for a moment.
"You want to sleep on my shoulder? It's fine, I swear,,"
His eyes shot open wide, and he looked at you with a slight blush. "What do you mean?"
"You can lean onto my shoulder if you'd like." You told him
Very slowly, he leaned against your shoulder. He was tense at first, but then you felt him calmer and calmer.. until he fell asleep.
At this point the movie was already finished, and you were so tired.. and you also didn't want to wake Steven up abruptly, so you carefully placed his head against the couch pillow, and covered him with a blanket, and you went to sleep.
