Piers:
He's pretty nonchalant about it at first. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary for Galar, and Chairman Rose didn't waste time when it came to event popularity. Of course, they're a fantastic trainer. Piers knows talent when he sees it, but he wasn't too intrigued until he saw how well they treated their Pokemon. Piers had never seen such playful and agile Pokemon before; he began to wonder what type of training the Pokemon went through. I think he would end up doing research on what Pokemon contests are and then ask the reader further questions. I can see him wanting to incorporate some of the flashy moves and energy into his own team. He would also want to start seeing the reader compete in the contests. He thinks they're pretty cool now, even admirable.
Leon:
He's beyond excited to meet the reader and battle them. Regardless of who the winner is, Leon simply congratulates them for having such a unique battle style and Pokemon that bring inspiring energy to the event. And since Leon has traveled out to other regions, he most likely knows what Pokemon contests are, though he wants to know more. Would he want to try one himself? Likely not, but it's something Leon would enjoy watching. In fact, he would go as far to suggest Galar should have its own Pokemon contests, or something similar. He would view it as a good alternative for trainers who aren't fond of battling. I think Leon would also seek advice from the reader on how to make Charizard's moves stand out even more. He's so very into the energy contest stars and their Pokemon show off.

Nessa x male s/o headcanons
Kinda surprised I haven’t written for Nessa yet, but I suppose there’s a first time for everything.
How You Met
As Nessa is a famous model she’s worked with dozens of different companies and brands for photo shoots, this included one young photographer by the same of s/o. Who she met and was very impressed by his work.
As the months went by, Nessa continually found herself requesting that her s/o be her photographer. The dark-skinned woman eventually asked him if he’d like to become her permanent photographer, which he graciously accepted.
Developing Feelings
Not long after being hired as Nessa’s personal photographer the two began to find themselves developing feelings for each other. S/o already found Nessa extremely attractive and beautiful, but actually getting to know her on a personal level was completely different.
Despite her status as a famous model and gym leader she was very humble and kind, something that s/o was very appreciative of.
Nessa meanwhile was relieved that she finally found someone who treated her like a person instead of some untouchable celebrity on a higher level than everyone else.
The Confession
After a few months of working together and having feelings for each other Nessa finally decided it was time to let s/o know about her feelings. So after one of their photoshoots the beautiful water type specialist asked him to dinner.
“I… I really appreciate you asking me out to dinner Nessa.”
“Of course s/o. It’s the least I can do for you after all the amazing work you’ve done as my photographer.”
She says, her praise making him blush.
“O-oh, it’s really nothing Nessa. J-just doing my job. B-besides, I have to do my best. Don’t want you to look bad.”
After the two finished eating while they were waiting for their check to be delivered Nessa decided to make her move.
“S/o, there’s… there’s another reason I asked you to dinner tonight. It’s… it’s because I really like you.”
The model confesses.
“Nessa I… I don’t know what to say, other than… I really like you too!”
The two confessed, leaning in and sharing a kiss.
Going Out
Given Nessa’s status as a celebrity in the Galar region it’s natural that she’d want her relationship with s/o to be private, which for the most part it is. With only a few of her close friends like Sonia and Milo knowing.
Their favorite and preferred date location is the Captain’s Table in Hulbury. The same place where she’d confessed to him or the pier where they could watch the water pokémon together.

You had been spending the day with jacinthe how you spent most days with her, walking around lumiose going to whichever place she fancied all the while having tons of battle whenever the mood struck her
Eventually it started to get dark so after finishing your latest battle you brought up the topic to jacinthe
"I think it's getting pretty late, shouldn't we finish the date now?"
"Hmmm I suppose you do have a point, we can continue this another day"
"Sure if you want to"
"Oh but I can't have you walking all the way to your place after a full day of walking, that would be too cruel for my wonderful boyfriend"
Jacinthe pointed to a seemingly random building in the distance
"How about we go sleep in that hotel?"
You were about to ask explanations on...anything like why did she know that was an hotel or why making you walk to your house seemed like such a big deal when you didn't live that far away but she didn't give you any time to as she grabbed you by the hand and dragged you to the place
So you were almost forced to stay in the lobby of the hotel while jacinthe booked the rooms for you
"Ok mon cher, everything is ready now let's go to our room"
You wondered why she said room instead of rooms plural only to instantly understand why when she opened the door to the room and invited you inside...only one room with one singular king sized bed
"...jacinthe why did you only get us one room for the both of us?"
She gasped and tried to look shocked which didn't sound convincing at all
"Oh really? I did? There must have been some kind of mistake"
"Then go to the front desk and change rooms"
"But why should we spend more money for two rooms when we can share one? It'll be just for one night anyway"
"...Jacinthe we both know you have enough money to buy this entire hotel"
Now she tried to sound offended
"Are you saying you don't like the idea of sleeping with moi? Your girlfriend?"
"I-it's not that but-"
She then immediately approached you and grabbed your waist
"Then there's no problem right?"
Before you could complain she pushed you onto the bed, went to turn off the lights and laid down next to you pulling the covers over the both of you. You were too embarrassed and blushy to do anything as she started hugging and cuddling with you

You couldn't really complain so you simply fell asleep as jacinthe kept hugging you until the next morning
"Good morning y/n, how did you sleep?"
You slowly woke up to see jacinthe's beautiful face looking at you smiling
"I guess nice ignoring the fact that you basically forced me to sleep in the same bed as you"
"Oh come on it wasn't bad was it?"

You had noticed how much Lebanne had been working lately, jacinthe was working her even more than she usually did and with how much she complained about it to you you couldn't help but worry about her.

"Huh? What do you mean?"
"I mean if you're ok, you've been working a lot lately"

She put a hand on her head and sighed
"I have been sleeping but I guess not as much lately, with all the work"

Both of you awkwardly went to Lebanne's room and laid down on the bed, since it was your first time cuddling in bed you didn't really know how to do or what position to take so you simply did what seemed most natural and wrapped your arms around her, she blushed a bit but then did the same hugging you in her strong arms causing you to get even redder than she was, she noticed and smirked a little
"Eh so I guess you actually like this"
"Y-yeah, you too?"
"Yep, you actually look pretty cute like this, i think I can sleep way better like this"
You smiled as lebanne loosened her grip just enough to make it actually comfortable enough so you could sleep too, you laid your head down on her shoulder so she simply kissed your forehead.
Just as you were about to fall asleep in each other's arms you heard the door open and someone walk in the room
"Lebanne are you here? I need you to....oh my, what do we have here?"
"A-ah lady jacinthe! At least knock first!"

Leon had been wandering around in the forest for hours now. Was this typical for Galar's Champion? Yes, but the sun was setting. It would be dark soon, and without light, Leon would be stuck in the forest all night, maybe even for several nights with his sense of direction.
"It's getting dark..." Leon said to himself, grimly.
And it was grim. No one wants to be stuck in a forest all night; and the worst part? Leon's Pokemon were exhausted, so they couldn't help their trainer out this time around.
Realizing there wasn't much else he could do, Leon sat on a nearby tree stump and closed his eyes; he gathered his thoughts carefully as the air around him became chilly. Thankfully, it wasn't cold enough for him to freeze. Not with his abundance of body heat.
But before Leon could think of what to do next, he heard a twig snap just a few feet away from him. Leon opened his eyes immediately to see a person standing right where the snapped twig was. The two of them stared for a while. Leon was unsure if the person in front of him meant trouble, meanwhile the other person had to force a smile away after seeing Leon's ridiculous trainer outfit.
"Are you... okay?" The person finally spoke up, still forcefully holding back a grin.
Leon's shoulders relaxed after hearing them speak. "Of course!" He shouted. "Champion Leon is more than okay!"
Upon hearing this, they finally let out a faint snicker and asked, "What are you on about?" still trying to hold back laughter. "Never mind," they spoke up, "I get the feeling you don't know your way around here."
They were right, and Leon wasn't going to deny it. He knew he had a tendency to get lost in places of all types; and this person probably knew how to get out of this forest. He might as well admit to his situation.
"You're right," Leon finally admitted. "I've been wandering around for..." he stopped to recall how long it had been since he entered this forest, "a few hours - no, more like several hours."
Leon then rubbed the back of his neck with his hand before speaking, "I've lost track of time." He confessed, bashfully. "Can... you help me get out of here?" Leon finally asked, knowing he really needs someone to escort him to a nearby town or city. Otherwise, he'll be stuck wandering around forever.
"Of course," they answered with a genuine smile this time. "Just follow me," they motioned Leon over with a wave of their hand, "you're not too far away from the exit."
Leon let out a sigh or relief, "Thanks." He then looked to them and asked, "How can I pay you back? How about an autograph or-"
"Listen," they interrupted him, "I don't know if you're some celebrity or something, but try to avoid places you know you'll get lost in, or at least bring a friend who knows their way around."
Leon turned away in thought. He knew they were right, and he should bring someone to watch over him so this doesn't happen again. After thinking, Leon turned back to them and asked, "Could you show me around then?"
The answer should have been no... but as soon as they saw Leon's pleading eyes, it was too late.
"Sure," they accepted, "but don't go wandering off, got it?"
"No promises." Leon said, now grinning to himself.
