okay so like … apart from the fact that he literally looks like a fucking disney villain, he said some not-exactly-nice things about my main mans mario gomez to the press… and then since then his attitude has kind of rubbed me the wrong way… for example , when asked about his place in the world cup in april, he with something like ‘you don’t ask mats or thomas this question!!’ like no fucking shit they don’t ask thomas or mats that question they both have like 50+ caps and previous world cup win, sandro, you have less then 10 caps and weren’t even a starter for the second team that competed in the confed cup… and then he went and retired from the national team after not getting called up despite the fact that he could easily fight for. spot at the next euros… or the fact that he threw the second place medal the pokal away calling it shit like yeh you lost but show some respect ….. or the fact that during the meisterfeier , after losing the pokal, he said 'it’s been a shit week for me personally’ like yeah so whatever it has but that has nothing to do with the team if you had kept your damn mouth shut and hadn’t shit on teammates in the media the maybe you would atleast be in that preliminary world cup squad wow sorry okay i’ve gone off a bit but basically my problem is his zlatan ’ i’m the best german strike/ better than everyone ’ attitude without having the skill to back it up thanks for coming to my ted talk

may I jump in here and add he’s also said very questionable things in an interview two years ago, as in complaining about how he finds general arguments that professional footballers earn too much very annoying bc footballers lead such difficult lives as public figures it justifies that some earn millions in a week. he even said footballers at a big club like Bayern earn still not enough for him. 

and my absolute favorite: he stated “women in football just doesn’t feel right.”
