i got a message from someone saying they accidentally reported my tumblr account when they wanted to report someone else. i asked them to message tumblr back that this happened and they told me they did that and i had to contact someone on discord (??) to get this fixed. it’s a scam, i’ve searched this online and it’s definitely fake.

here’s an example of the message i got

because first of all why would i message someone on discord to get support for my tumblr account and secondly i googled the message “Uh, I just want to tell you that I made a report earlier and I realized it was your account that got reported. It was just a mix-up while I was trying to report someone else.” and there’s a few people who had this too. so definitely fake! here’s another post i found about it.
