Anastasia being Southern is so funny to me

Anastasia would be in the 1999 Birds of Prey run and just be a problem. She’s about freshly 18 and all of sudden can hit pressure points on the human body (think Ty Lee) and cause someone to become a human noodle. She is just straight up a problem. She just became a solo hero and not Green Arrows sidekick. And now she can shoot an arrow with perfect aim and fight like an acrobat. Anastasia is an issue. A pretty one but still an issue.
