I fucking HATE pokemon champions game. At first I play normally, and then everything collapses. Can’t climb out of great ball league rank 1, even though my team is decent. Decent, but not crazy or surprising, I guess. Got absolutely fumbled by cosmic power clefable.

I spend a lot of tickets and BP on recruits, but I don’t get what I’d actually play.

Wow, a shiny ditto that I’ll probably never take into battle.

Other than this stupid luck on stupid mons I won’t use, my life is pure frustration.

Here I am, being frustrated after another day of work that doesn’t suit me at all, playing a game I get easily frustrated playing.

I need a break from the game or delete it entirely, as two of my shinies don’t excite me at all. And I need to find another job.

And I hate my neighbourhood area, there are lots of stupid barking dogs and screaming cats, it reminds of the way my 10-week old kitten died.

I hate everything, I hate everyone, I hate myself.

It’s so fun and refreshing to talk about my special interest (pokemon) with my psychologist who actually knows some stuff I mention. And I’m not judged for my infodumping because she actually works with neurodivergent folks.

And, so… I explained to her how much espurr and meowstic resemble autism. She immediately went “oh, I noticed that espurr looks very stiff and intense”. Which is exactly the point, I look like this in everyday life. I felt so validated and seen.

Therapy is good. Express yourself and stay healthy, everyone. 🌱

Haven’t posted in a while, so… look, it’s angy autistic- I mean meowstic.

Mega meowstic sometimes slays in Singles format! I’m talking 3-0 for me. Neither I nor my opponents expected that.

But it could be better, most games are just NOT psychic-friendly. Lemme see… incineroar, kingambit, corviknight and a bunch of other super annoying dark or steel type pokemon.

I think it’s about time to nerf dark and steel types, maybe even ghost types. In my opinion, steel types should realistically be weak to psychic or don’t resist them at least. I don’t have any ideas about dark and ghost type nerfs though.

Maybe psychic should be buffed instead. It would make sense for them to have a specific immunity (like grass being immune to spore and powder moves).

As I saw in Pokemon Champions, some moves are categorised as “mental”. Taunt, for example. Psychic types could naturally be immune to mental shenanigans.

My Meowstic even survived a Draco Meteor from Mega Dragonite! It was ”Ribombee please survive this” moment, but the cat is stronger than it looks! 🐱🌟

Such a shame that this mega stays with freaking Trace, most of the time its like she doesn’t have ANY ability.

Sorry, I’m just so passionate about this pokemon and psychic types in general. Meowstic had so much potential, but Game Freak doesn’t care about “dex-filler” species. 🥀💔

I played Pokemon Champions (on mobile) for the first time today!

Had great experience with some mons, especially mega-staraptor and mega-froslass! They are my favorite megas now, haha. The raptor shreds everything with close combat, the ghost is surprisingly bulky under snow and aurora veil.

Wanna try mega-delphox more, she’s also good. People don’t really expect bulky nasty plot fox.

Garchomp fits just anywhere, sinistcha and whimsicott are great supports, torkoal and arcanine burn everything.

Definitely will continue playing 👍✨
