Hail and Well Met Friends! What do you do when the Sims 4 got you down? Load up your 50 gbs medieval cc and find brand new ways to break your game! No? Just me? Anyway ~ I cut this dress together because I wanted a simpler, about town dress for my merchants, and well-to-do peasantry to walk around in.

So what do you get?

Palais Vert is a 30x20 residential lot that is best placed in Nordhaven on the “Fisher's Horizon" lot in the Gammelvik. The house could potentially also look good in Windenburg.

Palais Vert has 3 main floors and consists of 4 apartments (change the lot to a residential rental, if you'd like to play with that feature).

1st floor: 2 separate flats that are ideal for 1-2 sims each.

2nd-3rd floors: 2 separate flats that are ideal for 2-4 sims each.

13th century armor

men of all eras and social standings, tremble before me! I am going to dress you up… to go to war, this time. children, too.

I am ECSTATIC about finally figuring out The Metal Glint. specular is now my friend. the helmets are metal! the chainmail is metal! no rubbery nonsense *kicks the old Egyptian sword under the bed*

full-body armor, 2 options. found in Costumes

top-only armor, 2 options (should work with most bottoms)*. found in Sweaters

two… err… heaumes? in Hats, obviously.

a cloak accessory. found in Bracelets. very simple, and the elbows clip right through when moving actively, but I consider it a nice addition anyway. yes, this is a child.

*to make it work safely as a top-only option while not having badly pixellated coats of arms I had to shorten the mapping for the bottom part of the tunic SIGNIFICANTLY. if you want to have a trim on it or whatever, it can be tricky. patterns are also a bit tricky. it is what it is. same goes for the cloak.

the "color swatches only" folder contains the files with 36 swatches, solid colors (from my beloved historian palette) and combinations of those.

the "90 swatches" folder contains the files that also include swatches with some religious orders and some coats of arms. I am sorry if I got something wrong (and also pretty sure that I did). 90 swatches in total, sorry again, I'm not making a preview of those.

Modern Newcrest Starter

A sleek modern starter home for a single sim or a couple.

The budget is pretty much taken to its limits (for a single sim at least), so make sure to give them a job in time or maybe sell a planter (sorry!) But hey, at least it's comfortably furnished and decently decorated for a starter. You even get your own little pet frog! Now if that isn't a good deal!
