Indian 🍛 // Eggplant, Pumpkin & Chickpea Tikka Masala w/ @ozganics curry paste + papadums and chutney 🍆 devoured by four in about 35 seconds 🙈 been craving Indian food lately so I experimented with Samosa recipes last night which I will be posting soon 🌱

Hard labour 👅 // hand rolling dumplings & rice paper rolls is fricken arduous, thank you to my lovely helpers who prepared and ate these Mushroom Cabbage Dumplings & Traditional Summer Rolls w/ me 🎍🎎

Dessert for Breakfast 🍓 // yesterday's Golden Teff Pancakes I made for @ohhappyveggie & @chanelegance w/ Date Peanut Butter sauce + Warm Berry Coulis 👌🏼 I think these are in the running for my best pancakes ever 🌱

Feasting 🌮 // I finally have a reason to use all the bowls I frantically but that I've never needed before 😂🍚 I've been entertaining a lot recently & it makes me so happy having people and food fill my home 🍷🍴 this was deconstructed nachos w/ the option of potato, corn or tortilla chips followed by vegan brownies + snickers cake 🍫 #cakeblogtuesdays

Dumplings 🎋 // after an excursion to the Asian market for supplies with @ohhappyveggie I am going to try and make this a reality in my home at least once a week or I'll have to sell an organ to fuel my very real dumpling addiction 🙈 p.s these Satay Chick'n skewers will change your life 🍗 (and save someone else's 🐓) (at Green Gourmet)

Mega salad 🌽 // obsessed lately with these bad boys ft. Whole roasted capsicum, toasted chickpeas + mushrooms, corn, avo & gherkins 🍅 🍆 also, need to stop putting mustard on everything ASAP 🌭 bit more of a look in at the kids here Ally, that big purple one is a serious over achiever 🌵 @alexandcacti

Oh hey Sydney 🔥 // I can't stand the cold but Autumn & Winter have the best sunsets by far ❄️ (at Sydney Harbour)

Burgers & Fries 🍔 // had a crack at some black bean patties last night and I'd say for a fluked first attempt, they weren't too bad 🙈 paired w/ tattie fries + enough hummus and guac for the rest of my life 🍟 @maddisonrobinson @ohhappyveggie

Oh hey Sydney ⛵️ // for the first time in a few months yesterday I felt a bit stressed 🙈 then I realised how permanently stressed I used to be. For at least the last 3 years I woke up stressed & went to bed stressed, I just thought it was normal 😳 yesterdays little stress attack made me realise how much the quality of my life has improved since lowering my work load, doing more of what I love & being less hard on myself 💪🏼 getting to find & take photos like this every week certainly helps too 📸 (at Sydney Harbour)

Morocannese? 🌏// when you can't decide what you want for dinner so you have Eggplant & Sweet Potato Tajine and Tempura, Avo Sushi 🌱 there was heaps of Tempura SP left over and I think that was my favourite part 🍟 I'm going to tweek the recipe for Y'all 🙈

Obsessed 👅 // fresh as fuck baked falafel salad for lunch w/ the best hummus I've ever made, avo & toasted sesame seeds 🌱it's gonna be too cold for this real soon 🌬

I think summer has finally left us 💦 // reeeeally struggling to get out of bed in this weather & dreaming of this oasis instead🔮 (at Parsley Bay)

So fluffy 💭 // I wish I was eating these freaking perfect Teff flour pancakes instead of cereal out of a Tupperware container in the car on the way to work 🙃 so happy there is a @thesourcebulkfoods in my suburb now 🌱

Falafel 🌕 (that's kind of the same right 👈🏼) // been craving garlicky lemoney foods lately so I attempted a home made baked falafel, roasted spiced chickpeas, fattoush & what is in my opinion, the best hommus in the world w/ @mozz94 this week and made enough for 4 days 🙈 hommus recipe: 1 can chickpeas, 1 tbsp of tahini, 4 large cloves of garlic, juice of 2 lemons, cumin, smoked paprika, salt + pepper then blend with a little water from the chickpeas until it's really smooth and fluffy 👌🏼🌱

Winter 🌏 // I've been for two swims this week & winter's around the corner, keep it up Sydney! 🌬 scene from one of my favourite places in the East, that's the harbour bridge poking out the top there ⚓️ (at Nielsen Park Beach)

Nachos 🌮 // home made & deconstructed nachos ft. Guac, Nacho Cheeze, Veggie Bean mix + the most freaking excellent vegan chips around 🙈 Mexican would undoubtedly be my last meal of choice 👌🏼@whatlizloves @ohhappyveggie
