i went to local game shack with 4 other friends to play some league of legends
in our team, i main support, and very rarely, i would go ADC
support is fucking fun, using all the different support champions and having different strategies and spoonfeeding your teammates and making sure they dont die and warding and some basic shotcalling, god its so fun
it makes you feel like you’re helping the team like mad crazy (and you are) but it’s such a hard task (imo)
you basically have to synchronize with your team (your carry, more importantly) and the rest is just planning and map awareness
but, i swear to god, if you fuck up, it just affects your morale
when my carry tells me to do something, i do it 90% of the time, and there’s always that 10% chance that i don’t fucking listen and i fuck up
like today, i had one huge flaw, which was warding. i usually have an idea where to ward, but i don’t know what the hell happened to me today, i didn’t do jack shit. i would walk up to a blind area, and i would place a ward in a bush, and SURPRISE the team was there and i die, my carry tries to save me, and eventually the whole team gets in and we just die, and i just feel awful, and my morale goes down and i do progressively worse
but, in the end its just a game, and i learn what i did wrong each game, causing me to get better whether i like it or not
one day, i’ll be the best support, shaking hands with edward and having my children with madlife
