I’m gonna sit back a bit and wait and see which one of these “tHe NeZt TuMbLr HuRr DeE hUrR” sites actually ends up sticking around. The fact that so many of them have come up out of nowhere in the last week is comforting in that there are people willing to build sites that host content for us to share and explore, but it takes shitloads of cash to maintain a site, and shitloads more to host and handle XXX content. You want to build a social media network and community with a platform that has transparency, stability, technical expertise behind it, and fiscal and legal fortitude to keep it rolling into the future - not on reactionary sites that popped up overnight, literally out of nowhere. Just some food for thought.
