Employees might accumulate more than of this annual leave then the allowed maximum until the 31st of October. After this date, any excess on the annual leave over the maximum balance of employee will be reduced.
An employee who is entitled for an annual leave who already have resigned or separated from the company or organization must be entitled to get a reimbursement for an amount of the accumulated leave that does not exceed on the maximum allowable accumulation.
This annual leave is prorated for the part time employed in the eligible positions who are in a pay status for minimum of 40 hours pay period. An annual leave will be granted then approved by an agency appointing authority or the designee.
An employee who is employed in a full time basis in a specific position of a permanent or a continuing nature can earn a sick leave. The full time employees can get five hours of sick leave in every pay period for every semi-month.
At the same time, an employee can file a sick leave without having any limits. Sick leave could be converted into a retirement credit upon the employee retirement. One employee who separated from a state service but returned within five years can have their sick leave balance to be restored.
A sick leave is at the same time prorated for the employees who are in eligible positions who have a pay status minimum of 40 hours in a period. A sick leave can be granted then approved by an agency appointing an authority, or the designee.
